Militares heridos fueron evacuados en helicóptero tras ataque con drones en Tibú.

Dos Suboficiales y dos Soldados Profesionales que resultaron heridos durante un ataque con drones, presuntamente realizado por integrantes del  Grupo Armado Organizado, GAO, ELN, fueron evacuados en un helicóptero UH-60 Ángel de la Fuerza Aeroespacial Colombiana, FAC, desde la vereda Palmeras, en el municipio de Tibú, Norte de Santander, hasta Cúcuta, donde recibieron atención médica especializada.

El hecho, ocurrido a la altura de la vereda Santandereana, fue atendido de manera oportuna, ante este tipo de situaciones, las operaciones conjuntas entre la FAC y el Ejército Nacional de Colombia resultan determinantes para la protección de la ciudadanía y la evacuación de personas que puedan resultar afectadas.

La Fuerza Aeroespacial Colombiana, comprometida con la protección de la población y el bienestar de las comunidades, mantiene un alistamiento constante que fortalece su capacidad de reacción frente a escenarios que puedan alterar el orden, la seguridad y la tranquilidad del país.

Wounded soldiers evacuated by helicopter after drone attack in Tibú.

Two non-commissioned officers and two professional soldiers who were wounded during a drone attack, allegedly carried out by members of the ELN armed group, were evacuated by a Colombian Air Force (FAC) UH-60 Angel helicopter from the village of Palmeras, in the municipality of Tibú, Norte de Santander, to Cúcuta, where they received specialized medical care.

The incident, which occurred near the village of Santandereana, was handled promptly. In these types of situations, joint operations between the FAC and the Colombian National Army are crucial for the protection of citizens and the evacuation of those who may be affected.

The Colombian Aerospace Force, committed to protecting the population and the well-being of communities, maintains a constant state of readiness that strengthens its capacity to respond to scenarios that could disrupt order, security, and peace in the country.
