The streets of Dosquebradas were taken over by reckless motorcyclists who practice races, rides and races. Illegal, the Metropolitan Police and the workers of the Department of Transit and Mobility recognize that they were far outnumbered after the fashion of people from all over the Coffee Belt and even from the North of Valle del Cauca who put their lives and the lives of other road users at risk, a part of the citizenry asks to militarize these events, while another sector advocates for a space where they can express themselves with the necessary permits.
