After a period of relative calm in the region, a tragic event disturbed the peace in the North of the Valley, the murder of Sebastían Bernal Duque, a 27-year-old young man from the Municipality of Alcalá, occurred.

Bernal Duque was approached by an unknown subject who approached and, without saying a word, took out a firearm, and shot him repeatedly, who lost his life instantly.
