NUEVA EPS ESTÁ ENTREGANDO MEDICAMENTOS INCOMPLETOS A LOS PACIENTES.

A una situación insólita, están siendo sometidos los afiliados a la Nueva (EPS).

Hace 145 días Audifarma decidió suspender la entrega de medicamentos a los usuarios de la Nueva (EPS) por reiterados incumplimientos en los pagos por parte a su vez, la nueva Nueva (EPS) acusó a Audifarma de entregar las formulas incompletas a los pacientes.

Desde hace 10 días los usuarios no reciben los medicamentos correspondientes, ya que en Audifarma ya no los atienden, mientras que la Nueva (EPS)  aúno no ha definido quien suplirá esa obligación .

Esto quiere decir que miles de personas están sin servicio de farmacia, poniendo en riesgo su salud, aún más, su propia vida.

The members of the Nueva (EPS) are being subjected to an unusual situation.

145 days ago Audifarma decided to suspend the delivery of medicines to the users of the Nueva (EPS) due to repeated non-compliance in payments by the new Nueva (EPS) in turn accused Audifarma of delivering incomplete formulas to patients.

For 10 days the users have not received the corresponding medicines, since Audifarma no longer attends to them, while the Nueva (EPS) has not yet defined who will fulfill that obligation.

This means that thousands of people are without pharmacy services, putting their health and, even more, their own lives at risk.
