NUEVA INVESTIGACIÓN AL SENADOR LIBERAL POR RISARALDA JUAN PABLO GALLO MAYA.

La Fiscalía General de la Nación solicitó a la Corte suprema de Justicia iniciar una investigación preliminar contra 28 congresistas por presunto participación en actos de corrupción relacionados con contratos del Instituto Nacional de Vías (invías), entre los cuales está el senador risaraldense Jun Pablo Gallo Maya.

Esta acción se base en el testimonio de María Alexandra Benavidez, exasesora del exministro de Hacienda Ricardo Bonilla, quien entregó información clave sobre presuntas irregularidades en la contratación púbica.

Solicitud presentada por cal Fiscal Delegada ante la Corte Suprema, María cristina Patiño quien también lidera la investigación por el escándalo de corrupción en la Unidad Nacional para la Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres (UGRRD)-

Congresistas involucrados la lista incluye senadores y representantes a la Cámara de diferentes partidos políticos, Liberales, Conservadores, Alianza Verde, partido de la U y Cambio Radical.

La investigación preliminar determinará si hay pruebas suficientes para abrir un proceso judicial formal contra los implicados.

The Attorney General’s Office of the Nation requested the Supreme Court of Justice to initiate a preliminary investigation against 28 congressmen for alleged participation in acts of corruption related to contracts of the National Institute of Roads (invías), among which is the senator from Risaralda, Jun Pablo Gallo Maya.

This action is based on the testimony of María Alexandra Benavidez, former advisor to the former Minister of Finance Ricardo Bonilla, who provided key information on alleged irregularities in public contracting.

Request submitted by the Deputy Prosecutor before the Supreme Court, Maria Cristina Patiño, who also leads the investigation into the corruption scandal at the National Unit for Disaster Risk Management (UGRRD) –

Congressmen involved The list includes senators and representatives to the House of Representatives from different political parties, Liberals, Conservatives, Green Alliance, U Party and Radical Change.

The preliminary investigation will determine if there is sufficient evidence to open a formal judicial process against those involved.
