Con la captura de alias Seño, uno de los cabecillas del Grupo Delicuencial organizado (DG), Los Flacos en el municipio de Cartago, la Dijín dio un fuerte golpe a esta organización, en especial en el campo financiero, la banda es señalada de sembrar el terror en el Norte del Valle al estar en constante confrontación con el grupo de la Nueva Generación.

El accionar delicuencial ha trascendido el campo local y por ello el mismo director de la Policía, general William, Salamanca. Designó a un equipo para adelanta reste operativo y así recuperar la paz en el Departamento del Valle.

Juan Josaín Cifuentes Echeverry, de 44 años, fue sorprendido por uniformados que llegaron hasta su vivienda en la Villa de Robledo, el hombre acostumbrado a huir de las autoridades se fue hasta el patio e intentó subirse por los techos, sin saber que ya la policía había  desplegado un operativo para vigilar la casa.

Este hombre es sindicado por las autoridades de ser el cabecilla administrativo de los Flacos y deberá responder por los delitos de concierto para delinquir agravado, porte ilegal de amas de fuego y tráfico de estupefacientes.
