Por una supuesta doble militancia, fu demandada la elección del Alcalde de Santa Rosa de Cabal, Paulo Gómez, proceso que fue iniciado por los ciudadanos José Fredy Arias Herrera y John Jairo Bello Carvajal, quienes solicitaron la anulación de la elección del actual mandatario.

Due to alleged double militancy, the election of the Mayor of Santa Rosa de Cabal, Paulo Gómez, was sued, a process that was initiated by citizens José Fredy Arias Herrera and John Jairo Bello Carvajal, who requested the annulment of the election of the current president.
