Con aprobación unánime de los 19 conejales de Pereira, se oficializó la aprobación del proyecto de acuerdo a enero9 5 de 2024.

Este proyecto concede una autorización  del alcalde para lleva a cabo la cesión gratuita del derecho de dominio de vienes fiscales en la ciudad.

El proyecto, presentado y socializado por la secretaría de vivienda, Carolina Bustamante Zuluaga, busca la cesión gratuita de predios fiscales propiedad del municipio a los ocupantes con vivienda de interés social.

La iniciativa, respaldada por un procedimiento legal y requisitos específicos del predio y del ocupante, se formalizará a través de un acto administrativo.

With unanimous approval of the 19 councilors of Pereira, the approval of the project was made official according to January 9, 5, 2024.

This project grants authorization from the mayor to carry out the free transfer of the right of ownership of fiscal property in the city.

The project, presented and socialized by the Housing Secretary, Carolina Bustamante Zuluaga, seeks the free transfer of fiscal properties owned by the municipality to occupants with social interest housing.

The initiative, supported by a legal procedure and specific requirements of the property and the occupant, will be formalized through an administrative act.
