POLÉMICA POR ENCUENTRO DEL GOBIERNO PETRO CON DISIDENCIAS DE CALARCÁ: UN DÍA ANTES ASESINARON A 13 POLICÍAS EN AMALFI, ANTIOQUIA.

Hay una gran controversia en Colombia porque el Gobierno Petro se reunió, en el marco de las negociaciones de la Paz Total, con las disidencias de las Farc que comanda alias Calarcá, un día después del asesinato de 13 policías en Amalfi, Antioquia.

Las pistas apuntan a que esta estructura es la responsable de la masacre de los uniformados y, por ello, esa reunión ha generado una ola de rechazo.

La información fue revelada por el diario El Espectador: la cita se programó desde el pasado 15 de agosto en el caserío El Diamante, en los Llanos del Yarí, y acudieron los delegados del Ejecutivo. Al parecer, la población civil habría sido presionada para acudir a estos encuentros.

El primero en rechazar esta reunión fue el gobernador de Antioquia, Andrés Julián Rendón: “¿Cómo va a ser que un día después de haber asesinado 13 policías, derrumbado un helicóptero, el Gobierno reabra conversaciones con alias Calarcá, el responsable de este hecho criminal, ¿del asesinato de soldados en Guaviare?”.

Las críticas también vinieron del exministro del Interior del Gobierno Petro, Juan Fernando Cristo: “La reunión del Gobierno nacional con las disidencias (de) Calarcá es inaceptable e inaudita tras el ataque contra nuestros policías. El Gobierno y sus negociadores se equivocan. Urge un alto en el camino y una reflexión seria para reconocer el fracaso de la Paz Total”.

Juan Guillermo Zuluaga, precandidato presidencial, denunció que la población civil fue instrumentalizada para acudir a esa cita, amenazada con supuestos cobros extorsivos y homicidios: “No podemos permitir que el bandido de Calarcá, ni ningún criminal, siga ganando terreno y doblegando al Estado. La gente no puede vivir con miedo ni sometida. Los vamos a enfrentar y recuperar el territorio. Se someten y pagan con cárcel o los reducimos”.

La precandidata presidencial Vicky Dávila también reprochó la situación: “Al narco Calarcá le han permitido todo, que porque es negociador. La fuerza pública no lo puede tocar, la justicia tampoco, pero él sí sigue ejecutando planes terroristas. Esto demuestra que a Petro no le importa que asesinen a nuestros héroes, y, en cambio, favorece a criminales”.

El general en retiro Óscar Murillo lamentó el encuentro. Hablándole al presidente, manifestó: “Con todo respeto, usted es el conductor político y quien dirige la estrategia nacional y, en ese marco, los colombianos y quienes somos víctimas y hemos enfrentado hombro a hombro a estos terroristas, tenemos memoria, y al ver estas noticias… desilusión total”.

CONTROVERSY OVER THE PETRO GOVERNMENT’S MEETING WITH CALARCÁ DISSIDENTS: 13 POLICE OFFICERS WERE MURDERED ONE DAY BEFORE IN AMALFI, ANTIOQUIA.

There is a great controversy in Colombia because the Petro Government met, within the framework of the Total Peace negotiations, with the FARC dissidents led by alias Calarcá, one day after the murder of 13 police officers in Amalfi, Antioquia.

Evidence suggests that this group is responsible for the massacre of the officers, and therefore, the meeting has generated a wave of rejection.

The information was revealed by the newspaper El Espectador: the meeting was scheduled since August 15 in the El Diamante hamlet, in the Llanos del Yarí, and the executive branch delegates attended. Apparently, the civilian population was pressured to attend these meetings.

The first to reject this meeting was the governor of Antioquia, Andrés Julián Rendón: «How is it possible that, a day after murdering 13 police officers and shooting down a helicopter, the government reopens talks with alias Calarcá, the person responsible for this criminal act, for the murder of soldiers in Guaviare?»

Criticism also came from the former Minister of the Interior of the Petro administration, Juan Fernando Cristo: «The meeting between the national government and the dissidents of Calarcá is unacceptable and unprecedented after the attack on our police officers. The government and its negotiators are wrong. We urgently need to pause and reflect seriously to acknowledge the failure of Total Peace.»

Juan Guillermo Zuluaga, presidential candidate, denounced that the civilian population was manipulated into attending the meeting, threatened with alleged extortion and murder: “We cannot allow the Calarcá bandit, or any criminal, to continue gaining ground and subduing the State. The people cannot live in fear or subjugation. We will confront them and recover the territory. They submit and pay with jail, or we will subdue them.”

Presidential candidate Vicky Dávila also criticized the situation: “The Calarcá drug trafficker has been allowed everything because he is a negotiator. The security forces cannot touch him, nor can the justice system, but he continues to execute terrorist plans. This shows that Petro doesn’t care about the murder of our heroes, and instead favors criminals.”

Retired General Óscar Murillo lamented the meeting. Addressing the president, he stated: «With all due respect, you are the political leader and the one who directs the national strategy, and within that framework, we Colombians and those of us who are victims and have stood shoulder to shoulder against these terrorists, we have memories, and seeing this news… total disappointment.»
