En desarrollo de operaciones militares orientadas a la protección de la población civil y la defensa de los derechos de niños, niñas y adolescentes, tropas de la Décima Segunda Brigada, orgánica de la Sexta División del Ejército Nacional, lograron la recuperación de tres menores de edad en la vereda Remolinos, corregimiento Danubio, zona rural de Florencia.

La operación fue adelantada por el Batallón de Ingenieros de Combate N.° 12, tras un trabajo de inteligencia sostenido que permitió ubicar a las adolescentes, quienes presuntamente habrían sido vinculados al grupo armado organizado residual GAO-r Estructura Rodrigo Cadete, Bloque Jorge Suárez Briceño, facción Calarcá, mediante prácticas de reclutamiento forzado.

De acuerdo con la información preliminar recopilada en el terreno, las menores se presentaron ante las tropas sin armamento y manifestaron haber sido reclutados de manera ilícita hace aproximadamente dos meses. Durante el procedimiento, las unidades militares realizaron la inserción en el área, aseguraron el perímetro, verificaron la información mediante enlace con fuente humana, brindaron primeros auxilios y efectuaron la extracción hacia una zona segura, garantizando en todo momento su integridad.

De manera inmediata, se activó la ruta institucional para el restablecimiento de sus derechos, siendo puestos a disposición de la autoridad competente conforme a los protocolos establecidos para la atención integral de menores víctimas de este delito.

Es importante señalar que, mediante entrevistas previas realizadas a integrantes de esta estructura que se han sometido a la justicia, se ha podido establecer que este grupo armado organizado residual recurre de manera sistemática al reclutamiento forzado de menores, quienes son sometidos a condiciones degradantes, presuntamente expuestos a abusos, maltratos y a la participación en acciones violentas indiscriminadas, vulnerando gravemente sus derechos fundamentales y afectando su desarrollo integral.

El reclutamiento ilícito de menores constituye una grave violación a los derechos humanos y una infracción al Derecho Internacional Humanitario. En respuesta a esta problemática, la Décima Segunda Brigada del Ejército Nacional ha fortalecido las operaciones ofensivas contra las estructuras responsables, incrementado las labores de inteligencia para anticipar y neutralizar estos hechos, y articulado esfuerzos con entidades del Estado encargadas de la protección y restablecimiento de derechos, con el fin de prevenir nuevos casos y garantizar atención integral a las víctimas.

La Décima Segunda Brigada de la Sexta División del Ejército Nacional rechaza categóricamente cualquier práctica que atente contra la niñez colombiana y continuará desarrollando operaciones sostenidas que permitan debilitar las estructuras criminales que instrumentalizan a menores de edad, reafirmando su compromiso con la seguridad, la protección y el bienestar de las comunidades del departamento del Caquetá.

During the operation, military units entered the area, secured the perimeter, verified the information through a human source, provided first aid, and extracted the minors to a safe zone, ensuring their safety at all times.

Immediately, the institutional protocol for the restoration of their rights was activated, and they were placed at the disposal of the competent authority in accordance with the established protocols for the comprehensive care of minors who are victims of this crime.

It is important to note that, through previous interviews conducted with members of this group who have surrendered to the justice system, it has been established that this residual organized armed group systematically resorts to the forced recruitment of minors, who are subjected to degrading conditions, allegedly exposed to abuse, mistreatment, and participation in indiscriminate acts of violence, seriously violating their fundamental rights and affecting their overall development.

The illicit recruitment of minors constitutes a serious violation of human rights and an infringement of International Humanitarian Law. In response to this problem, the Twelfth Brigade of the National Army has strengthened offensive operations against the responsible organizations, increased intelligence efforts to anticipate and neutralize these acts, and coordinated efforts with state entities responsible for the protection and restoration of rights, in order to prevent new cases and guarantee comprehensive care for victims.

De esta manera lograron el sometimientoa la justicia de un hombre de 22 años de edad, así como la incautación de abundante material de guerra, comunicaciones e intendencia de este grupo armado organizado residual al servicio de alias Calarcá.

Como resultado de las maniobras se pudo lograr el sometimiento a la justicia de un individuo conocido con el alias de Grillo. En el lugar de los hechos fueron incautados un fusil AK-47, 2 pistolas calibre 9 milímetros, proveedores, munición de diferentes calibres, así como material de intendencia utilizada por este grupo al margen de la ley, elementos materiales probatorios que fueron puestos a disposición de la Fiscalía General de la Nación.

Durante la operación también fueron incautados equipos de comunicaciones, dispositivos tecnológicos, una planta eléctrica portátil, una antena satelital y detectores de metales, evidenciando las capacidades logísticas de esta estructura para el desarrollo de sus actividades ilícitas. Este resultado representa un golpe significativo contra las capacidades criminales de este grupo armado organizado residual en el departamento del Guaviare.

El Ejército Nacional continuará adelantando operaciones militares sostenidas que permitan debilitar estas estructuras ilegales, proteger a la población civil y estabilizar en el suroriente colombiano.

En el marco de operaciones militares orientadas a la protección de la población civil y la estabilidad del territorio, tropas del Batallón de Montaña N.° 9, adscrito a la Novena Brigada, lograron ubicar un depósito ilegal.

La operación se desarrolló en la vereda El Oso, jurisdicción de la inspección de Guayabal, municipio de San Vicente del Caguán, donde, gracias a acciones ofensivas y labores de control territorial, las tropas hallaron material de guerra que al parecer pertenecería al grupo armado organizado residual (GAO-r) Estructura Rodrigo Cadete.

En el lugar fueron incautadas 215 unidades de munición eslabonada calibre 7.62 milímetros para ametralladora, 3 unidades de munición calibre 7.62 milímetros para fusil tipo AK y 3 unidades de munición calibre 5.56 milímetros. Este material fue puesto a disposición de la autoridad competente para el respectivo proceso.

Este resultado operacional constituye una afectación directa a las capacidades logísticas y armadas de los grupos residuales que delinquen en esta región del país, debilitando su accionar criminal y reduciendo el riesgo contra la población civil y la Fuerza Pública.

La Novena Brigada del Ejército Nacional reafirma su compromiso con la seguridad, la protección de las comunidades rurales y la consolidación de condiciones de tranquilidad en el sur del país, invitando a la ciudadanía a continuar denunciando cualquier hecho que atente contra la paz y la legalidad.

En desarrollo del Plan Operacional Ayacucho Plus, y gracias a información de inteligencia suministrada por el Batallón de Inteligencia Militar N.° 1, con apoyo de reconocimiento aéreo del Comando Aéreo de Combate N.° 3, tropas del Batallón de Infantería N.º 5 General José María Córdova, de la Segunda Brigada sostuvieron un combate contra una comisión armada de la Subestructura David Meza Peña, del grupo armado organizado (GAO) Clan del Golfo, en la vereda La Bodega, municipio de Pivijay, Magdalena.

Durante la operación militar se registró la muerte en desarrollo de operaciones militares de un presunto cabecilla de zona, conocido con los alias de Guajiro. Así mismo, se logró la captura de otra persona que fue puesta a disposición de las autoridades competentes para su proceso judicial, por lo que su situación jurídica será definida por un juez de la República, en estricto cumplimiento del debido proceso y la presunción de inocencia.

En el lugar de los hechos se incautaron 2 fusiles, 358 cartuchos calibre 5,56 mm, proveedores, 2 brazaletes alusivos al Ejército Gaitanista de Colombia  y material de comunicaciones e intendencia.

Este resultado operacional afecta de manera directa las capacidades criminales de la Subestructura David Mesa Peña, del Clan del Golfo, organización que delinque en esta zona del departamento del Magdalena y que pretende generar afectaciones a la seguridad y tranquilidad de la población civil.

El Ejército Nacional continuará desarrollando operaciones militares sostenidas, conjuntas, coordinadas e interinstitucionales, con el firme propósito de proteger a las comunidades y preservar la estabilidad del territorio.

El 26 de febrero se celebra el Día Mundial del Pistacho, un alimento con muchas buenas propiedades para nuestra salud.
Se trata de uno de los frutos secos más valorados de nuestra gastronomía que nos ayuda a regular el nivel de colesterol, mantener una buena presión arterial, controlar el peso y llevar una dieta sana y equilibrada.

La ofensiva contra este delito permite preservar zonas de interés ecológica en esta zona del país.

En el cumplimiento del Plan de Campaña Ayacucho Plus y en el desarrollo de operaciones militares, como resultado de labores de inteligencia adelantadas, tropas del Batallón Ayacucho, en un trabajo articulado con el Grupo de Inteligencia Aérea N.° 12, la Seccional de Carabineros, la Brigada Contra la Minería Ilegal y Corpocaldas desarrollaron una operación contra la explotación ilícita de yacimientos mineros, en zona rural del municipio de Supía, Caldas, en la vereda Bajo Guascal, sobre el río Cauca.

La operación estuvo orientada a contrarrestar este delito y las consecuencias ambientales en esta zona estratégica, reconocida por su riqueza hídrica, en flora y fauna. Durante el desarrollo de esta intervención se logró la captura de 10 sujetos, presuntamente vinculados a este flagelo.

En el sitio fueron inhabilitados y neutralizadas 6 motobombas y 6 minas intervenidas, elementos incautados avaluados en 12 millones de pesos, los cuales fueron puestos a disposición de las autoridades competentes.

Este resultado operacional representa una afectación económica a las estructuras criminales de aproximadamente 360 millones de pesos, teniendo en cuenta que la explotación ilícita permitía una extracción estimada de 30 gramos de oro diarios, equivalentes a 900 gramos mensuales, con un valor de 360 millones de pesos en el comercio.

Estas operaciones adelantadas por las autoridades buscan prevenir y minimizar el sostenimiento de estructuras ilegales que pretendan ingresar a la jurisdicción, evitando que fortalezcan sus finanzas ilícitas, garantizando así la estabilidad, la seguridad y la protección de los recursos naturales en la región.

Troops from the National Army and Public Force disrupt illegal mining operations to the tune of 360 million pesos and arrest 10 people for illegal mining.

The offensive against this crime helps preserve areas of ecological importance in this region of the country.

As part of the Ayacucho Plus Campaign Plan and in the course of military operations, and as a result of intelligence work, troops from the Ayacucho Battalion, in a coordinated effort with Air Intelligence Group No. 12, the Carabineros Section, the Brigade Against Illegal Mining, and Corpocaldas, conducted an operation against illegal mining in the rural area of ​​the municipality of Supía, Caldas, in the Bajo Guascal village, on the Cauca River.

The operation was aimed at combating this crime and its environmental consequences in this strategic area, known for its abundant water resources, flora, and fauna. During this operation, 10 individuals, allegedly linked to this illegal activity, were apprehended.

At the site, 6 water pumps and 6 mines were disabled and neutralized. The seized items, valued at 12 million pesos, were turned over to the appropriate authorities.

This operational result represents an economic blow to the criminal organizations of approximately 360 million pesos, considering that the illicit mining operation yielded an estimated 30 grams of gold per day, equivalent to 900 grams per month, with a market value of 360 million pesos.

These operations carried out by the authorities aim to prevent and minimize the presence of illegal organizations attempting to enter the jurisdiction, preventing them from strengthening their illicit finances and thus guaranteeing stability, security, and the protection of natural resources in the region.
