MATÓ A DOS POLICIAS Y EL JUEZ LES DIO CASA POR CÁRCEL.

Aunque iba borracho, drogado terminó con la vida de dos policías en pleno viernes santo, Camilo Cifuentes Guerra, de 30 años de edad, no fue envido a la cárcel.

Un juez lo dejó con detención domiciliaria en Dosquebradas, mientras avanza el proceso por homicidio culposo agravado, delito que no aceptó.

Los Intendentes Alexandra Carvajal Retrepo, de 35 años, y su esposo pensionado Yony Adolfo Rivera Taborda de 40 años, se movilizaban en una motocicleta, en la que habían salido de su casa en Pereira, rumbo a Medellín para visitar a la familia de Yony.

Alexandra que prestaba sus servicios a la Policía Metropolitana de Pereira, se encontraba disfrutando de un permiso especial de cuatro días por Semana Santa.

El juez expresó que n es su labor determinar si el señalado es o no culpable, solo decidir si es necesaria una media de aseguramiento.

En este momento es imposible determinar en eta audiencia, con evidencias presentadas, que se debe restringir la libertad al señalado.

Es un delio grave, pero hoy no puedo eitir juicios de responsabilidad o inocencia.

Con elementos de prueba se muestra que hubo un coque, dos fallecidos y que el carro del imputado quedo destruido, según fotos, pero no que se necesaria la medida pedía por el fiscal.

A pesar de que Cifuentes no tiene antecedentes penales ni de tránsito, el juez dejó claro que lo ocurrido es delicado y por eso le impuso detención domiciliaria en el municipio de Dosquebradas.

Además ordenó que el imputado firme un acta de compromiso, y en las próximas horas, el INPC lo trasladará al sitio donde deberá permanecer mientras continúa el proceso penal en su contra.
