Nicolas Petro aceptó colaborar con la justicia y revelar hechos de corrupción de los que tiene conocimiento.

“Quiero anunciar a Colombia que hemos decidido iniciar un proceso de colaboración donde me referiré a nuevos hechos y situaciones que ayudarán a la justicia.

 Llorando, agregó: “Lo hago por mi familia y por mi bebé que viene en camino manifestó Petro Burgos, en la audiencia de imputación de cargos que tiene lugar en Bogotá”.

El hijo mayor del presidente fue imputado por los supuestos delitos de lavado de activos y enriquecimiento ilícito de servidor público.

EVIDENCIAS

El hijo del presidente Gustavo Francisco Petro Urrego, presidente de Colomba, Petro Burgos, como parte de una investigación iniciada en marzo de 2023 por la Fiscalía luego de que su exesposa revelara a la prensa que Nicolas Petro Burgos, recibió dinero ilegal para la campaña electoral de su padre, que finalmente nunca llegó a su destino pues lo utilizó para incrementar su patrimonio personal.

Nicolas Petro agreed to collaborate with justice and reveal facts of corruption of which he is aware.

“I want to announce to Colombia that we have decided to start a collaboration process where I will refer to new facts and situations that will help justice.

  Crying, he added: «I’m doing it for my family and for my baby who is on the way,» Petro Burgos said, at the prosecution hearing that is taking place in Bogotá.

The president’s eldest son was charged with the alleged crimes of money laundering and illicit enrichment of a public servant.

EVIDENCES

The son of President Gustavo Francisco Petro Urrego, president of Colomba, Petro Burgos, as part of an investigation launched in March 2023 by the Prosecutor’s Office after his ex-wife revealed to the press that Nicolas Petro Burgos received illegal money for the electoral campaign of his father, who finally never reached his destination because he used it to increase his personal assets.
