Gaula Militar Meta captura en flagrancia a presunta extorsionista en Villavicencio.

En desarrollo del Plan de Campaña Estratégico Ayacucho Plus, el Gaula Militar Meta, con el apoyo del Grupo de Reacción Inmediata Aérea del Comando Aéreo de Combate N.° 2 , logró la captura en flagrancia de una mujer señalada del delito de extorsión.

El operativo se llevó a cabo en el kilómetro 6 de la vía que conduce al municipio de Acacías, Meta, en inmediaciones de una empresa de plásticos, donde la mujer fue sorprendida en el momento en que presuntamente exigía a su víctima el pago de cinco millones de pesos. Según las investigaciones preliminares, la mujer se identificaba falsamente como integrante del GAO-r Bloque Jorge Suárez Briceño, bajo órdenes de alias Calarcá.

Gracias a la oportuna denuncia ciudadana y a la rápida acción de las tropas, se evitó que la víctima realizara el pago exigido, afectando de manera directa las finanzas de las estructuras criminales que intentan intimidar a la población civil en el departamento del Meta.

Las diligencias de actos urgentes quedaron a cargo del CTI, con apoyo en la seguridad del Gaula Militar Meta, mientras la capturada fue puesta a disposición de las autoridades competentes para su respectiva judicialización.

Con esta operación, el Ejército Nacional ratifica su compromiso con la seguridad, la tranquilidad y el bienestar de los habitantes del suroriente colombiano, reafirmando que denunciar salva vidas y fortalece la confianza ciudadana.

Gaula Militar Meta arrests alleged extortionist in Villavicencio.

As part of the Ayacucho Plus Strategic Campaign Plan, the Gaula Militar Meta, with support from the Air Immediate Reaction Group of Air Combat Command No. 2, arrested a woman in the act of extortion.

The operation took place at kilometer 6 of the road leading to the municipality of Acacías, Meta, near a plastics company, where the woman was caught allegedly demanding five million pesos from her victim. According to preliminary investigations, the woman falsely identified herself as a member of the GAO-r Jorge Suárez Briceño Bloc, under the orders of alias Calarcá.

Thanks to a timely report from a citizen and the swift action of the troops, the victim was prevented from making the demanded payment, directly impacting the finances of the criminal organizations that attempt to intimidate the civilian population in the department of Meta.

The CTI (Technical Investigation Corps) was in charge of the urgent legal proceedings, with security support from the Meta Military Gaula (Anti-Extortion and Kidnapping Group), while the arrested individual was turned over to the appropriate authorities for prosecution.

With this operation, the National Army reaffirms its commitment to the security, peace, and well-being of the inhabitants of southeastern Colombia, reinforcing that reporting crimes saves lives and strengthens public trust.
