Mediante el desarrollo de operaciones militares, en las últimas horas, soldados del Gaula Militar Tolima, de la Sexta Brigada, en articulación con el CTI de la Fiscalía, ubican un campamento estilo falso galpón en la vereda Chili, municipio de Coyaima, en el cual almacenaban gran cantidad de combustible.

Una válvula ilícita instalada en el poliducto que lleva el hidrocarburo desde el corregimiento de Gualanday hasta la ciudad de Neiva, en la vereda de Chili, en un falso galpón de pollos eran almacenados los hidrocarburos. Estos estaban en seis contenedores plásticos con soporte metálico, con la capacidad de 250 galones cada uno; además, se encontró motobomba, mangueras con diferentes acoples, abrazaderas y válvula de alta presión.

Según la investigación, los delincuentes estarían desde hace ocho meses  afectando el flujo normal del combustible, con un promedio de 6000 galones mensuales, lo que representa en el mercado negro un valor por galón de12.000 pesos, para un total de 72 millones de pesos mensuales.

Esta estructura se somete a cadena de custodia por parte de la Fiscalía 91, y posteriormente se entrega al personal técnico de la empresa Cenit – Ecopetrol, quienes desinstalan el sistema y realizan la reparación del poliducto.

Esta es una muestra del trabajo articulado de nuestros soldados de la Sexta Brigada del Ejército Nacional, que contribuye a proteger los activos estratégicos del Estado, en este caso la operación de la compañía y el suministro de combustible para los departamentos de Huila, Caquetá y Putumayo.

Through military operations, in recent hours, soldiers from the Tolima Military Gaula (Gaula Militar), of the Sixth Brigade, in coordination with the CTI (Criminal Investigation Unit) of the Attorney General’s Office, located a fake shed-style camp in the village of Chili, municipality of Coyaima, where they were storing a large amount of fuel.

An illegal valve was installed on the pipeline that carries hydrocarbons from the Gualanday district to the city of Neiva, in the village of Chili. The hydrocarbons were stored in a fake chicken shed. These were in six plastic containers with metal supports, each with a capacity of 250 gallons. In addition, a motor pump, hoses with various couplings, clamps, and a high-pressure valve were found.

According to the investigation, the criminals had been disrupting the normal flow of fuel for eight months, averaging 6,000 gallons per month, representing a black market value of 12,000 pesos per gallon, for a total of 72 million pesos per month.

This structure is placed under chain of custody by the 91st Prosecutor’s Office and subsequently handed over to the technical personnel of the Cenit-Ecopetrol company, who uninstalled the system and repaired the pipeline.

This is an example of the coordinated work of our soldiers from the Sixth Brigade of the National Army, which contributes to protecting strategic state assets, in this case the company’s operations and fuel supply for the departments of Huila, Caquetá, and Putumayo.
