AUSENTES EN LA POLÍTICA DE RISARALDA.

En la Asamblea de Risaralda tan solo dos mujeres ocupan curules.

En ls últimas elecciones regionales realizadas en octubre del año 2023, dejaron un panorama  preocupante en cuanto a la participación de las mujeres en espacios políticos, de las candidatas a las Alcaldías y Gobernación, ninguna de ellas fue elegida y tan solo dos curules en la Asamblea Departamental fueron ocupadas por mujeres y otras dos más en el concejo de Pereira.

HAY QUE TENER EN CUENTA  QUE LA PARTICIPACIÓN ACTIVA DE LAS MUJERES EN LA POLÍTICA CONTRIBUYE A LA FORMULACIÓN DE EPOLITICAS MÁS EQUITATIVAS.

Esta situación ha sido reiterada en varias ocasiones por la diputada, Paola Nieto, quien expresó su preocupación  por la escasa representación de mujeres en la política local, afirmo la legisladora, destacando la importancia e la oz femenina en el debate público  y su papeo fundamental para fortalecer la democracia.

En la Asamblea de Risaralda desde donde represento a las mujeres, niñas y adolescentes, no crecimos en curules, de doce diputados, seguimos siendo solo dos mujeres y aunque s mucho lo que podemos trabajar nosotras para liderar estrategias y hacer control político frente a la ejecución de acciones que representen equidad para nosotras,  o podemos pasar por alto que si el número de diputadas mujeres fuera mayor, efectivamente las condiciones  para todas sería mejor , lo mismo pasa en los concejos  municipales o peor aún  en los cargos ejecutivos  de la administra Alcaldes y Gobernador.

Este articulo relaciondo con la mujer aplica hoy día internacional de la loas mujeres.

Recuerden que la participación política femenina es un camino hacia el empoderamiento.

En relación con el concejo municipal allí esta Carolina Herrera, quien representa con dignidad a las mujeres siempre y en especial hoy 8 de marzo en su día internacional.

La participación activa de las mujeres en la política y contribuye a la formulación más equitativas.

ABSENT IN RISARALDA’S POLITICS.

In the Risaralda Assembly, only two women occupy seats.

In the last regional elections held in October 2023, they left a worrying panorama regarding the participation of women in political spaces, of the candidates for Mayor and Governor, none of them were elected and only two seats in the Assembly Departmental were occupied by women and two others in the Pereira council.

WE MUST KEEP IN MIND THAT THE ACTIVE PARTICIPATION OF WOMEN IN POLITICS CONTRIBUTES TO THE FORMULATION OF MORE EQUITABLE POLICIES.

This situation has been reiterated on several occasions by the representative, Paola Nieto, who expressed her concern about the low representation of women in local politics, stated the legislator, highlighting the importance of the female voice in the public debate and its fundamental role in strengthen democracy.

In the Risaralda Assembly from where I represent women, girls and adolescents, we did not grow in seats, of twelve deputies, we are still only two women and although we can work a lot to lead strategies and make political control over the execution of actions that represent equity for us, or we can ignore that if the number of women deputies were greater, the conditions for everyone would actually be better, the same thing happens in the municipal councils or worse still in the executive positions of the administration Mayors and Governor.

This article related to women applies today to International Women’s Day.

Remember that female political participation is a path to empowerment.

In relation to the municipal council, there is Carolina Herrera, who represents women with dignity always and especially today, March 8, on her international day.

The active participation of women in politics and contributes to more equitable formulations.
