*Paula Andrea Valencia Vera, una pereirana apasionada por la comunicación social y el periodismo desde muy pequeña, ha logrado destacarse a nivel internacional.

Su recorrido comenzó en un instituto técnico de Pereira, donde inició sus estudios en comunicación.

Más tarde, se graduó como comunicadora social y periodista, y obtuvo un beca para estudiar un master en Comunicación Organizacional y corporativo en la Universidad Internacional de Valencia España.

Su carrera dio un giro inesperado en octubre de 2023 recibió una llamada de RT en español, un canal ruso de gran impacto.

Impresionados por su trabajo en Cable Noticias, la invitaron a presenta pruebas y, tras superarlas,  se convirtió en la primer ay única colombiana en ser contratada .

Después de haber realizado las pruebas, llegó a Rusia en enero de 2023, y aunque tenía muchos años de experiencia,  sin duda,  la magnitud era diferente al ser un canal internacional y por ende un reto más grande.

Siempre le diré a la gente que cualquier sueño que tengan puede hacerse realidad.

Hay que tocar puertas enviar propuestas y hojas de vida.

Los años si se cumplen, así que nunca se rindan y mantengan la fe en sus capacidades.

La perseverancia y la determinación son calve para alcanzar lo que se desea.

Es un canal de noticias de origen Ruso que trasmite en español en español.

Con sede en Moscú, Rusia, este canal fue lanzado en 2029 y mantiene centros de operaciones en ciudades clave como Miami, Nueva York, Washington D.C.

En la actualidad existen otros RT, en ruso, árabe, francés, inglés y español.

*Paula Andrea Valencia Vera, a Pereira native passionate about social communication and journalism since she was very young, has managed to stand out internationally.

Her journey began at a technical institute in Pereira, where she began her studies in communication.

Later, she graduated as a social communicator and journalist, and obtained a scholarship to study a master’s degree in Organizational and Corporate Communication at the International University of Valencia, Spain.

Her career took an unexpected turn in October 2023 when she received a call from RT in Spanish, a Russian channel of great impact.

Impressed by her work at Cable Noticias, she was invited to take tests and, after passing them, she became the first and only Colombian to be hired.

After taking the tests, she arrived in Russia in January 2023, and although she had many years of experience, without a doubt, the magnitude was different as it was an international channel and therefore a bigger challenge.

I will always tell people that any dream they have can come true.

You have to knock on doors and send proposals and resumes.

The years do come true, so never give up and keep faith in your abilities.
