URIBITO: ¡FINALMENTE INOCENTE!

El Comité de derechos humanos de la ONU, acaba de producir un duro fallo contra la justicia colombiana y que favorece claramente a Andrés Felipe Arias Leyva, el famoso Uribito.
La firma Víctor Mosquera Marín abogados, que acompañó a Arias en este duro proceso hizo el anuncio hoy.
Anunció que “ por unanimidad, los 18 expertos independientes, del Comité de Derechos Humanos de las Naciones Unidas, con ponencia de la señora Sara Cleveland de origen estadounidense, falló a favor de Andrés Felipe Arias Leyva, en un proceso iniciado desde el 11 de agosto del 2014.”
Ese Comité ha fallado contra el Estado Colombiano, por “las repetidas violaciones del debido proceso”, por un organismo judicial politizado.
Pierde el fallo de la Corte Suprema de Justicia toda validez moral y política.
Arias tendrá derecho a un proceso con doble instancia que le fue negada y a recuperar su libertad.
El calvario de Uribito, se inició por el 2009, cuando terminaba el mandato de Álvaro Uribe del que fue ministro de agricultura.
Uribe lo señaló como su más predilecto sucesor, y allí fue Troya.
Uribito fue una víctima del enfrentamiento de Uribe con la Corte Suprema y de la despiadada y miserable persecución de Juan Manuel Santos, una vez Uribe se fue a la oposición.
La historia de Agro Ingreso Seguro AIS, muestra según dictamen de la Fiscalía que Arias no “ ¡tocó un centavo de recursos públicos para su beneficio !”
Sin embargo, la Corte y el Fiscal Montealegre, le montaron un escenario de tráfico de influencias porque algunos beneficiados del subsidio, le hicieron con posterioridad aportes económicos a la campaña de Uribito a la presidencia de la Republica que terminó enredada y nunca cuajó por todos estos ataques.
Arias como ministro de agricultura nada tenía que ver con la selección de los beneficiarios del subsidio.
Para ese fin el ministerio tenía desde hace muchos años la asistencia por contrato del IICA, un instituto apéndice de la OEA, experto en esos temas.
Era el IICA, quien determinaba quien calificaba para él subsidio y quien no lo hacía.
Sin embargo, el tándem, Montealegre, Corte Suprema de Justicia y Santos, convirtieron a Uribito en objetivo militar de su odio por Álvaro Uribe.
Uribito es una víctima que está viviendo este calvario, hace 14 años, estando preso en Colombia, en Estados Unidos y después extraditado de nuevo a Colombia a pagar una descomunal e injusta condena.
El fallo de hoy, es un hito de justicia internacional, independiente y despolitizada, que le devuelve la libertad a un inocente, y convoca respeto y justicia en la Corte.
Urubito es libre y será declarado inocente, porque siempre lo fue.
Gana la justicia
Pierden Montealegre, La Corte Suprema y Santos que abusaron del poder y masacraron a Andrés Felipe Arias y a su familia.
Y pagaremos los colombianos una enorme indemnización por este abuso.

URIBITO: FINALLY INNOCENT!

The UN Human Rights Committee has just issued a harsh ruling against the Colombian justice system that clearly favors Andrés Felipe Arias Leyva, the famous Uribito.
The firm Víctor Mosquera Marín Abogados, which accompanied Arias in this tough process, made the announcement today.
He announced that «unanimously, the 18 independent experts of the United Nations Human Rights Committee, with a presentation by Mrs. Sara Cleveland of American origin, ruled in favor of Andrés Felipe Arias Leyva, in a process that began on August 11 Of 2014.»
That Committee has ruled against the Colombian State, for «repeated violations of due process» by a politicized judicial body.
The decision of the Supreme Court of Justice loses all moral and political validity.
Arias will have the right to a double instance process that was denied to him and to recover his freedom.
Uribito’s ordeal began in 2009, when the term of Álvaro Uribe, who was minister of agriculture, ended.
Uribe designated him as his most favorite successor, and there was Troy.
Uribito was a victim of Uribe’s confrontation with the Supreme Court and of the ruthless and miserable persecution of Juan Manuel Santos, once Uribe went to the opposition.
The history of Agro Ingreso Seguro AIS shows, according to the opinion of the Prosecutor’s Office, that Arias did not «touch a penny of public resources for his benefit!»
However, the Court and the Montealegre Prosecutor set up a scenario of influence peddling because some beneficiaries of the subsidy later made financial contributions to Uribito’s campaign for the presidency of the Republic, which ended up entangled and never materialized due to all these attacks.
Arias, as minister of agriculture, had nothing to do with the selection of the beneficiaries of the subsidy.
For this purpose, the ministry had for many years received contractual assistance from IICA, an institute attached to the OAS, an expert in these matters.
It was IICA that determined who qualified for the subsidy and who did not.
However, the tandem, Montealegre, the Supreme Court of Justice and Santos, turned Uribito into a military target of their hatred for Álvaro Uribe.
Uribito is a victim who is experiencing this ordeal, 14 years ago, being imprisoned in Colombia, in the United States and later extradited back to Colombia to pay a huge and unfair sentence.
Today’s ruling is a milestone of international justice, independent and depoliticized, which restores the freedom of an innocent person, and summons respect and justice in the Court.
Urubito is free and will be declared innocent, because he always was.

Montealegre, the Supreme Court and Santos who abused power and massacred Andrés Felipe Arias and his family lose.
And we Colombians will pay enormous compensation for this abuse.
