Más de 30 integrantes del Clan del Golfo se han sometido a la justicia durante el 2025 en Córdoba y el Bajo Cauca antioqueño.

Estas personas harían parte de las distintas subestructuras que conforman dicha organización al margen de la ley.

En el marco del Plan de Campaña Ayacucho Plus, soldados de la Décima Primera Brigada del Ejército Nacional han desarrollado contundentes operaciones de control militar en zonas urbanas y rurales de Córdoba y el Bajo Cauca antioqueño. Como resultado de estas acciones, se ha logrado el sometimiento a la justicia de 34 personas pertenecientes al grupo armado organizado Clan del Golfo, en lo que va corrido del año 2025.

Uno de los casos más recientes se presentó en el área rural del municipio de El Bagre, Antioquia, donde tropas del Batallón de Selva N.° 57 ubicaron un dispensario clandestino perteneciente a esta estructura ilegal. Dos hombres que se encontraban en el lugar decidieron desertar de la organización y realizar su entrega voluntaria ante los uniformados.

De acuerdo con lo manifestado por el personal desmovilizado, la decisión de abandonar el grupo delictivo obedece a la constante presión ejercida por la Fuerza Pública mediante el desarrollo ininterrumpido de operaciones militares en el área de injerencia de esta estructura criminal, así como a un profundo anhelo de mejorar sus condiciones de vida y reintegrarse a la sociedad civil bajo la legalidad.

El sometimiento a la justicia representa para estas personas la oportunidad de construir un futuro más prometedor junto a sus familias, y les permite acceder a programas de atención humanitaria al desmovilizado y apoyo institucional que facilitan su proceso de readaptación.

El Ejército Nacional continúa invitando a los integrantes de los grupos armados organizados a presentarse voluntariamente y emprender un nuevo camino lejos de las armas y de cualquier acto que ponga en riesgo sus vidas.

More than 30 members of the Clan del Golfo have surrendered to authorities in 2025 in Córdoba and the Bajo Cauca region of Antioquia.

According to the demobilized individuals, their decision to leave the criminal group stems from the constant pressure exerted by the Public Force through the uninterrupted military operations in the area of ​​influence of this criminal structure, as well as a deep desire to improve their living conditions and reintegrate into civilian society within the law.

Submitting to justice represents for these individuals the opportunity to build a more promising future with their families and allows them access to humanitarian assistance programs for demobilized individuals and institutional support that facilitate their reintegration process.

The National Army continues to invite members of organized armed groups to voluntarily surrender and embark on a new path away from weapons and any act that puts their lives at risk.
