LA “VUELTA DURA” QUE EL MOTOCICLISTA IMPLICADO EN EL ATENTADO CONTRA MIGUEL URIBE TURBAY ADVIRTIÓ A LA FISCALÍA.

Los principales protagonistas, los capturados por el atentado en contra del senador Miguel Uribe Turbay, no aceptaron los cargos que imputó la Fiscalía, pero en sus declaraciones entregaron información de relevancia para la investigación y otros hechos que se dejaron de investigar.

Es el caso de un atentado que desde hace varios meses se ha intentado ejecutar en contra de un firmante de paz y que incluso se salvó de morir, tras la ubicación de una poderosa bomba lapa que un terrorista dejó bajo su camioneta y en medio de un trancón, en pleno sector de Teusaquillo en la capital del país.

Alias Gabriela, la tercera en ser capturada, le dijo a la Fiscalía que alias el Costeño, cabecilla de la red de sicarios que ejecutó el atentado contra el precandidato presidencial, le pidió llevar una maleta con explosivos, lista para un ataque terrorista contra un firmante de paz que estaba plenamente identificado y que tenía una ruta específica.

“Me dijo que solo era transportar la bomba, que era en una maleta, que tenía que llevarla al conjunto en Las Américas y que trabajaba en la avenida 39, que esa era la residencia y el trabajo de la persona contra la que iban a atentar, que era un exrefugiado (sic) de las Farc, que llevaban tres años intentando hacerle el atentado a la persona”, dijo alias Andrea o Gabriela.

Ahora en la declaración de Cristian Camilo González, que se convirtió en el sexto procesado por el atentado al senador Uribe Turbay, se conocen más detalles del atentado terrorista que lleva meses en los planes asesinos de esta organización y por orden de alguien más, al parecer, la Segunda Marquetalia, al mando de alias Iván Márquez.

“Chipi (el Costeño) me dijo que íbamos a hacer una vuelta dura que era ponerle una maleta encima a una camioneta blindada, que venían como cinco o seis camionetas, que yo tenía que manejar la moto, que se la tenía que pegar a una de las camionetas, y que un venezolano era el que la pegaba al techo de la camioneta que Chipi; iba pegado en un carro jugando con el control para hacerla estallar de una, a control remoto”, contó el nuevo capturado.

El firmante de paz que sería objeto del atentado es Gabriel Ángel. SEMANA habló con él y explicó que las principales sospechas recaen en la Segunda Marquetalia. Lo cree tras varias diferencias que desde los diálogos de paz en La Habana se profundizaron con quienes ahora son los cabecillas criminales de esa banda de delincuentes, como el mismo alias Iván Márquez.

“Como firmante de paz, como un defensor, uno se vuelve objetivo de algunas personas, particularmente de esos grupos llamados disidentes, entre ellos la Segunda Marquetalia, que dirige Iván Márquez, y todo parece que proviene de allí, porque hay muchas contradicciones políticas en el curso de las conversaciones de paz en La Habana y posteriormente cuando se conforma el partido Comunes”, explicó Gabriel Ángel.

Sin embargo, y a pesar de la contundencia de las declaraciones de los capturados por el atentado contra Miguel Uribe Turbay, el ataque terrorista que hace un año se frustró contra el firmante de paz, hasta ahora la Fiscalía no ha dado resultados. Es con estas declaraciones que se empiezan a conocer algunas pistas.

The peace signer who is believed to be the target of the attack is Gabriel Ángel. SEMANA spoke with him, and he explained that the main suspicions fall on the Second Marquetalia. He believes this is the case, after several disagreements that have deepened since the peace talks in Havana with those who are now the criminal leaders of that gang, like the alias Iván Márquez himself.

«As a peace signatory, as a defender, one becomes a target of some people, particularly those so-called dissident groups, including the Second Marquetalia, led by Iván Márquez, and everything seems to stem from there, because there are many political contradictions during the peace talks in Havana and later when the Comunes party was formed,» explained Gabriel Ángel.

However, despite the forceful statements of those arrested for the attack against Miguel Uribe Turbay, the terrorist attack that was foiled a year ago against the peace signatory, the Prosecutor’s Office has so far yielded no results.
