EL MOMENTO TIENE QUE SERVIR PARA QUE EL ELN DIGA SI LE INTERES LA “paz Total”.

No puede ser más complejo el momento que está viviendo el proceso de paz, que ha impulsado el gobierno del presidente GUSTAVO FRNCISCO PETRO URREGO, prácticamente desde el día de su posesión .

Además de las dificultades nacidas de la división  de las disidencias de las Farc y de la negativa de algunos grupos para hacer parte de las mesas de diálogo, aparece ahora el dilema con la continuidad del cese al fuego con el Eln.

El sábado pasado se venció el término acordado con el Gobierno y los voceros del Eln para el cese al fuego y hostilidades; y la condición que ha puesto ese grupo para extender los efectos del acuerdo, es que el presidente dicte un decreto en el que se deje de considerar a esta organización como un Grupo Armado Organizado, una exigencia que en concepto de muchos, sería una gran equivocación.
