Se trata de Dora  Ospina Parra, quien tiene una amplia experiencia en el sector privado y público, donde se destacan sus logros como Tesorera de Pereira desde el año 2016 hasta el 2018, cuando fue nombrada Secretaria de Hacienda de esta Capital; cargo en el que ya completa 5 años y medio.

Durante su paso por la Secretaría de Hacienda Municipal ha logrado mantener para Pereira la calificación Triple AAA de la Fitch Ratings desde el año 2018 hasta la fecha.

Los ingresos de la administración municipal se incrementaron de $687 mil millones en 2015 a $1,3 billones en 2023. Asimismo, logró que esta capital pasara de tener un recaudo por impuesto predial de $89 mil millones en 2015 a $223 mil millones en 2023; mientras el recaudo por Industria y Comercio creció durante el mismo periodo de $66 mil millones a $157 mil millones.

Las políticas de eficiencia y un gran equipo técnico de profesionales liderado por Dora Patricia Ospina Parra, lograron que hoy el 80% de los contribuyentes de Pereira estén al día con sus impuestos, cifra que apenas era del 65% cuando ella inició sus labores en la Administración Municipal.
