The Rector of the Diego Maya Salazar Educational Institution, Sol Beatriz Peña Cano, stated that the landslide on the outside of the school, towards Villa Verde, has been a persistent problem, she says that previous interventions have been carried out inside of the institution that temporarily stopped the problem.

The DIGER was present at the scene of the incident stating that it was an infrastructure problem, we are just doing the job because as it is something external and is affecting the road at this moment we are finding out about this delicate situation.

There is concern among parents because many children pass through there, on that side that is why they are worried that there will be no displacements.

We are always on alert to be able to mitigate any risk issue and carry out the corresponding processes so that they are mitigated and corrections are given in the best way on time,” concluded the rector of the Educational Institutio
