Se fortalece seguridad aérea y terrestre durante Semana Santa en el Caribe Colombiano.

En el marco de la celebración de la Semana Santa y como parte del Plan Viaje Seguro, el Comando Aéreo de Combate No. 3, intensifica sus operaciones para garantizar la seguridad aérea y terrestre de propios y turistas en la región Caribe.

Se ha dispuesto capacidades humanas, tecnológicas y operacionales para realizar misiones de vigilancia, reconocimiento y control del espacio aéreo, así como apoyo a las autoridades civiles y militares en tierra, con el propósito de prevenir situaciones que puedan afectar la tranquilidad de los viajeros durante esta temporada de alta movilidad.

Las operaciones incluyen patrullajes aéreos estratégicos, monitoreo de infraestructuras críticas y acompañamiento a caravanas terrestres, en articulación con entidades como la Policía Nacional y autoridades locales, fortaleciendo el dispositivo de seguridad en corredores turísticos y principales vías del Caribe colombiano.

Con estas acciones, la Fuerza Aeroespacial Colombiana, a través del CACOM 3, ratifica su compromiso con la protección de la vida, la integridad y el bienestar de los colombianos, contribuyendo al desarrollo de una Semana Santa segura en toda la región Caribe.

Military Forces Strengthen Air and Ground Security During Holy Week in the Colombian Caribbean

As part of the Safe Travel Plan for Holy Week, Air Combat Command No. 3 is intensifying its operations to guarantee the air and ground security of residents and tourists in the Caribbean region.

Human, technological, and operational resources have been deployed to carry out airspace surveillance, reconnaissance, and control missions, as well as to support civil and military authorities on the ground, with the aim of preventing situations that could affect the peace of mind of travelers during this peak travel season.

The operations include strategic air patrols, monitoring of critical infrastructure, and escorting of ground convoys, in coordination with entities such as the National Police and local authorities, strengthening security measures along tourist routes and main roads in the Colombian Caribbean.

With these actions, the Colombian Aerospace Force, through CACOM 3, reaffirms its commitment to protecting the lives, safety, and well-being of Colombians, contributing to a safe Holy Week throughout the Caribbean region.
