El exministro de justicia Fernando carrillo, advirtió sobre los riesgos que se ciernen sobre la democracia y el auge del autoritarismo en Colombia y el Mundo, durante la presentación de su libro” sin miedo “, en Pereira.

Carrillo señaló que, en los primeros meses del 2025 el panorama global ha cambiado drásticamente, con el fortalecimiento de regímenes autoritarios.

La democracia es débil, el autoritarismo es fuerte.

Por eso hay que defenderla todos los días, o seguimos fomentando autoritarismos o seguimos siendo el factor de grandes debates nacionales, fue uno de los mensajes del exministro en auditorio de la Universidad Libre Pereira.

Former Minister of Justice Fernando Carrillo, warned about the risks looming over democracy and the rise of authoritarianism in Colombia and the World, during the presentation of his book «without fear», in Pereira.

Carrillo pointed out that, in the first months of 2025, the global panorama has changed drastically, with the strengthening of authoritarian regimes.

Democracy is weak, authoritarianism is strong.

That is why we must defend it every day, or we continue to promote authoritarianism or we continue to be the factor of great national debates, was one of the messages of the former minister in the auditorium of the Universidad Libre Pereira.
