En certificado emitido por la Superintendencia se Subsidio familiar anuncio por medio de la resolución´0117, consolidado la permanencia de Luis Fernando Acosta Sanz como director de la Caja de compensación familiar de Risaralda.
La resolución que busca garantizar el control de legalidad sobre las decisiones relacionadas con los órganismos directivos de las cajas de compensación Familiar, revisó detalladamente los eventos ocurridos en noviembre de 2022.
En esta fecha, se intentó remover a Luis Fernando Acosta Sanz de su cargo como Director. Circunstancia que permitió la intervención parcial de la Superintendencia del subsidio Familiar al evidenciar irregularidades en esa decesión y luego de todos los procesos jurídicos y administrativos que estamos comunicando hoy se finaliza dicha discusión, expresó Nancy Gálvez líder jurídica de la Caja de compensación Familiar de Risaralda.

In a certificate issued by the Superintendency, the Family Subsidy was announced through resolution 0117, consolidating the permanence of Luis Fernando Acosta Sanz as director of the Risaralda Family Compensation Fund.
The resolution that seeks to guarantee legality control over decisions related to the management bodies of the Family compensation funds, reviewed in detail the events that occurred in November 2022.
On this date, an attempt was made to remove Luis Fernando Acosta Sanz from his position as Director. Circumstance that allowed the partial intervention of the Superintendency of the Family Subsidy by evidencing irregularities in that decession and after all the legal and administrative processes that we are communicating today, said discussion is finalized, said Nancy Gálvez, legal leader of the Risaralda Family Compensation Fund.
