Operación contra el narcotráfico en zona limítrofe entre Huila y Caquetá pone al descubierto «impuesto» de la Dagoberto Ramos al transporte de marihuana

Esta situación quedó en evidencia por documento hallado en un procedimiento de la Novena Brigada del Ejército Nacional.

La Estructura Dagoberto Ramos, además de manejar sus propios cultivos ilícitos, también exige pagos a los cultivadores para permitirles transportar cada kilo de marihuana desde el Cauca hacia otros departamentos del país.

La operación, adelantada por la Novena Brigada del Ejército Nacional, a través del Batallón de Alta Montaña N.° 9, con apoyo del Gaula Militar Huila y en articulación con el CTI de la Fiscalía, permitió la captura de un individuo y la incautación de 286 kilos de marihuana tipo creepy, que eran movilizados en una camioneta.

Gracias a labores de inteligencia y a los constantes controles ejercidos sobre el eje vial que hacen parte de las acciones para mitigar alertas tempranas emitidas por la Defensoría del Pueblo, fue posible interceptar el vehículo y realizar un registro minucioso. Allí se hallaron 256 paquetes de estupefacientes ocultos bajo canastillas utilizadas como fachada. El conductor aseguró que se dirigía a recoger una cosecha.

La marihuana, cuyo valor en el mercado local se estima en 229 millones de pesos, estaba marcada con logos que al parecer identificaban al comprador. El cargamento tenía como destino países como Perú y Brasil, donde su precio podría alcanzar los 1700 millones de pesos.

Con esta incautación se evita que aproximadamente 572.000 dosis de marihuana lleguen a las calles, donde su distribución impacta de manera particular a niños y jóvenes, quienes con frecuencia son blanco de estas redes. 

Este resultado representa un golpe contundente a las finanzas del narcotráfico y un avance clave en la protección de las comunidades más vulnerables.

Uno de los elementos más reveladores de la operación fue el hallazgo de un recibo manuscrito que evidencia el cobro de 30.000 pesos por cada kilo transportado. El documento, firmado con un alias vinculado al grupo armado, confirma la existencia de un sistema de extorsión mediante el cual la Estructura Dagoberto Ramos controla corredores estratégicos del narcotráfico, imponiendo tarifas ilegales a cultivadores y transportadores para mover sus cargamentos por la región.

Esta operación no solo frena el flujo de sustancias alucinógenas hacia mercados internacionales, sino que también deja al descubierto una de las redes de extorsión con la que esta organización financia sus actividades criminales. 

La Novena Brigada continúa fortaleciendo los controles en corredores clave para neutralizar logística y financieramente a estos grupos armados, y evitar que su accionar delictivo siga afectando la seguridad y el bienestar de la población civil.

The Dagoberto Ramos Organization, in addition to managing its own illicit crops, also demands payments from growers to allow them to transport each kilo of marijuana from Cauca to other departments in the country.

The operation, carried out by the Ninth Brigade of the National Army, through the 9th High Mountain Battalion, with support from the Huila Military Gaula (GAULA), and in coordination with the CTI (Critical Intelligence Unit) of the Attorney General’s Office, resulted in the arrest of an individual and the seizure of 286 kilos of creepy marijuana, which were being transported in a van.

Thanks to intelligence work and the constant controls carried out on the roadway, as part of the actions to mitigate early warnings issued by the Ombudsman’s Office, it was possible to intercept the vehicle and conduct a thorough search. There, 256 packages of narcotics were found hidden under baskets used as a cover. The driver claimed he was on his way to harvest a crop.

The marijuana, with an estimated local market value of 229 million pesos, was marked with logos that apparently identified the buyer. The shipment was destined for countries such as Peru and Brazil, where its price could reach 1.7 billion pesos.

This seizure prevents approximately 572,000 doses of marijuana from reaching the streets, where its distribution particularly impacts children and young people, who are frequently targeted by these networks.

This result represents a significant blow to the finances of drug trafficking and a key step forward in the protection of the most vulnerable communities.

One of the most revealing elements of the operation was the discovery of a handwritten receipt evidencing the collection of 30,000 pesos for each kilo transported. The document, signed with an alias linked to the armed group, confirms the existence of an extortion system through which the Dagoberto Ramos Structure controls strategic drug trafficking corridors, imposing illegal fees on growers and transporters to move their shipments through the region.

This operation not only stems the flow of hallucinogenic substances to international markets, but also exposes one of the extortion networks through which this organization finances its criminal activities.

The Ninth Brigade continues to strengthen controls along key corridors to logistically and financially neutralize these armed groups and prevent their criminal activities from further affecting the safety and well-being of the civilian population.
