The 14-year-old boy, accused of the death of Esteban Guerrero Vargas, 13, in the classroom of the Alfredo García de Pereira school, ended up in the Marceliano Ossa Juvenile Re-education Center.
At the hearing, the childhood and adolescence prosecutor’s office charged the minor with the crime of aggravated homicide, charges that he did not accept.
Given the seriousness of the events and the perceived danger to society, the prosecutor’s office requested that he be sent to the reeducation center.
