Estados Unidos incluyó a Israel en su programa de exención de visados (Visa Waiver), detalló CNN. La medida llega dos meses después de que el gobierno israelí accediera a permitir la entrada a todos los ciudadanos estadounidenses, incluidos los de origen palestino, por cualquier puerto de entrada al país, como paso previo a su inclusión en el programa de visados.

El presidente Gustavo Petro salió en defensa del excandidato presidencial Rodolfo Hernández, después de que el Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE), anulara su candidatura a la Gobernación de Santander. El jefe de estado mostró su desacuerdo con la determinación administrativa y aseguró que se estarían violando sus derechos políticos.

“Debo expresar mi desacuerdo con lo que está aconteciendo en el. CNE. Con el caso de Rodolfo Hernández, mi rival en la presidencial, se ha revivido la tesis de quitar derechos políticos por sanciones administrativas”, señaló.

De las 3932 muertes registradas en el departamento, entre el 1 de enero y el 31 de julio de este año, 720 ocurrieron por enfermedades isquémicas del corazón como el infarto, siendo la principal causa de fallecimientos en el territorio risaraldense.

Según datos de las Estadísticas Vitales del DANE, Risaralda fue el departamento del Eje Cafetero donde más fallecimientos se presentaron en los primeros 7 meses de la vigencia en curso. Fueron 3932 en el territorio risaraldense, mientras que Caldas tuvo 3885 y Quindío 2456.

De los perecimientos registrados en Risaralda, en el lapso de tiempo mencionado de este 2023, un total de 2142 correspondieron a hombres y 1790 a mujeres.

EXPEDICIÓN DE PASAPORTES ESTÁ COMPLETAMENTE PARALIZADA EN PEREIRA.

Gran preocupación en la Dirección de Pasaportes de Risaralda genera el silencio de la Cancillería colombiana sobre el nuevo proveedor de este importante documento, pues la página donde se reciben las solicitudes en el departamento ya está colapsada.

Muchos de los ciudadanos que necesitan esta identificación para poder salir del país, no han podido hacerlo, ni lo harán, teniendo en cuenta que el actual contratista iría solo hasta este viernes 29 de septiembre.

Según Martha Cecilia Bustos, directora de la Oficina de Pasaportes de Risaralda, que de no resolverse la contingencia esta misma semana, para el próximo lunes la plataforma en donde se solicita este documento ya no estará abierta.
