LAS VÍAS TODAS SON IMPORTANTES.

Las vías todas, son importantes.

Las que unen las cabeceras municipales   con sus veredas, o une estas entre sí, impulsando el desarrollo económico local,  que son las terciarias .

Las secundarias , que están a cargo de los departamentos y, las nacionales,  que constituyen la red vial de la nación, reguladas por el Ministerio del transporte  a trabes del Instituto Nacional de vías (Invías).

Esta entidad es la responsable  de la construcción , mantenimiento y operación de la red primaria, entregando algunas de ellas a empresas privadas  para ser operadas  en concesión, bajo la inspección  de la Agencia Nacional de la infraestructura  (ANI), las cuales por medio de peajes, vigencias futuras y algunas actividades comerciales  adicionales , se encargan de la construcción , operación y mantenimiento de las mismas.

Entre nosotros la vía a Cerritos  tiene una importancia  indiscutible, dado su impresionante, crecimiento traducido en la construcción de centros  comerciales, , instalación de grandes empresas , hoteles, unidades residenciales  edificios de apartamentos , oficinas consultorios y clínicas , sumando a su vertiginoso crecimiento el elevado tráfico automotor  de pequeños, medianos y grandes automotores de carga,  propio de una de las vías más  importantes del país, como es la troncal de Occidente.

Por todo esto, es que es inaceptable que la administración municipal de Pereira, permita el abuso que  de ella se hace.

Si bien es una vía nacional, regulada por el Ministerio del Transporte, debe necesariamente , dentro del marco de los principios de coordinación,  complementariedad, sostenibilidad . Economía y buen gobierno , contarse con una estrecha comunicación entre envías y la alcaldía, para coordinar las afectaciones  que en ella se hagan, con el fin de no causar las irrecuperables  pérdidas económicas  producidas por su cierre, a más de los inmensos  perjuicios infringidos por la un alta población allí residente, que por distintas razones, laborales o comerciales , debe estar en permanente circulación.

All routes are important.

Those that connect the municipal capitals with their paths, or connect these with each other, promoting local economic development, which are the tertiary ones.

The secondary ones, which are in charge of the departments, and the national ones, which constitute the nation’s road network, regulated by the Ministry of Transportation through the National Road Institute (Invías).

This entity is responsible for the construction, maintenance and operation of the primary network, delivering some of them to private companies to be operated under concession, under the inspection of the National Infrastructure Agency (ANI), which through tolls , future validity and some additional commercial activities, are responsible for their construction, operation and maintenance.

Among us, the road to Cerritos has an indisputable importance, given its impressive growth translated into the construction of shopping centers, the installation of large companies, hotels, residential units, apartment buildings, offices, clinics and clinics, adding to its dizzying growth the high automotive traffic of small, medium and large freight vehicles, typical of one of the most important roads in the country, such as the Western trunk.

For all this, it is unacceptable that the municipal administration of Pereira allows the abuse that is done to it. Although it is a national road, regulated by the Ministry of Transportation, it must necessarily, within the framework of the principles of coordination, complementarity, sustainability. Economy and good government, having close communication between the department and the mayor’s office, to coordinate the effects that are made on it, in order not to cause the irrecoverable economic losses caused by its closure, in addition to the immense damages inflicted by the a high population residing there, who for different reasons, work or commercial, must be in permanent circulation.
