HOY 25 de noviembre se conmemora el Día Internacional de la eliminación de la Violencia contra la Mujer, las cifras en Risaralda y el resto del país son realmente preocupantes.

Según datos del Observatorio femicidios en Colombia cada cuatro delitos tuvieron lugar en Risaralda, siendo el departamento con más casos en el Eje Cafetero.

Información preliminar de Medicina Legal señala que en ese departamento de los 1072 casos de violencia interpersonales 406 tuvieron como víctima a una mujer, además de los 714 presuntos delitos sexuales, 599 fueron perpetrados contra mujeres

TODAY, November 25, marks the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, the figures in Risaralda and the rest of the country are truly worrying.

According to data from the Femicides Observatory in Colombia, every four crimes took place in Risaralda, being the department with the most cases in the Coffee Region. Preliminary information from Legal Medicine indicates that in that department of the 1,072 cases of interpersonal violence, 406 had a woman as the victim, in addition to the 714 alleged sexual crimes, 599 were perpetrated against women.
