El jueves 21 de septiembre 2023, con lleno total del Salón Central del Club de Comercio de Pereira, se realizó una apoteósica reunión programa por el Equipo del Corazón C-60 Asamblea de Risaralda, reafirmando el respaldo a Carlos Andrés Gil González, Wilfor López Toro al Concejo de Pereira y Maicol Lópera a la Alcaldía de Pereira.
Brevemente llevaron la palabra:
Carlos Andrés Gil González, esbozando su vida y sus propósitos. Agradeció las enseñanzas de su padre, Bernardo Gil Jaramillo, de quien aprendió a servir a la ciudad y el departamento en procura del bien común. Se refirió a su capacitación desde el Colegio Calasanz, donde dio sus primeros pasos de líder; sus estudios en la Universidad EAFIT, incluyendo la obtención de Magister en Gerencia de Proyectos; Administración en la Universidad Católica de Pereira. Con altas calificaciones en sus desempeños: Director Regional de Colpensiones MinTrabajo. Secretario General de la Gobernación de Risaralda. Secretario Privado del Gobernador. Secretario de Gobierno del departamento de Risaralda. Y, Presidente de la Asamblea Risaralda. Su frase de combate: “Me juego integro por las gentes de nuestro hermoso departamento de Risaralda”.
Bernardo Gil Jaramillo, líder mayor de los risaraldenses, intervino animadamente resaltando las cualidades y formación de su hijo Carlos Andrés; indicando que cada día lo sorprende más su capacidad de servicio a la humanidad y su inagotable trabajo, recorriendo los 14 municipios de Risaralda para informarse -directamente- de las necesidades de cada uno de ellos.
Wilfor López Toro, relató sus esfuerzos por superarse cada día, iniciando como ayudante de un puesto de verduras en la antigua galería de Pereira y los esfuerzos por educarse con exigentes sacrificios para obtener el título de Abogado en la Universidad Libre Seccional Pereira; donde siguió avanzando en especialización en Derecho Administrativo. Fue Comisario de Familia, prestando sus servicios al Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar; tiempo y experiencia para publicar su gran libro que, en su momento, fue el más vendido en el Eje Cafetero. Llegó, con una modesta pero efectiva campaña al Concejo de Pereira. Y, se muestra seguro de su reelección marcado con el C-2.
Cerró el evento Maicol Lópera, resumiendo su hoja de vida, y presentando lo que será su programa de gobierno sí es elegido Alcalde de los Pereiranos; haciendo énfasis en la educación, donde se compromete a favorecer a los estratos más bajos de la población. Se refirió a la solución de problemas de movilidad, donde se requiere la construcción urgente de 4 túneles, para aligerar el tránsito de vehículos. En materia de seguridad, dijo que en coordinación con las autoridades competentes, implementará programas y medidas que brinden tranquilidad a los 700 mil habitantes de la capital de Risaralda.

AMAZING SUPPORT FOR CARLOS ANDRÉS GIL AND WILFOR LÓPEZ.

On Thursday, September 21, 2023, with the Central Hall of the Pereira Commerce Club full, a tremendous program meeting was held by the Heart Team C-60 Assembly of Risaralda, reaffirming the support for Carlos Andrés Gil González, Wilfor López Toro to the Council of Pereira and Maicol Lópera to the Mayor’s Office of Pereira.
They briefly spoke:
Carlos Andrés Gil González, outlining his life and his purposes. He appreciated the teachings of his father, Bernardo Gil Jaramillo, from whom he learned to serve the city and the department in pursuit of the common good. He referred to his training from the Calasanz School, where he took his first steps as a leader; his studies at EAFIT University, including obtaining a Master’s Degree in Project Management; Administration at the Catholic University of Pereira. With high qualifications in their performances: Regional Director of Colpensiones MinTrabajo. Secretary General of the Government of Risaralda. Private Secretary to the Governor. Secretary of Government of the department of Risaralda. And, President of the Risaralda Assembly. His combat phrase: “I am committed to the people of our beautiful department of Risaralda.”
Bernardo Gil Jaramillo, senior leader of the Risraldenses, intervened animatedly highlighting the qualities and training of his son Carlos Andrés; indicating that every day he is more surprised by his capacity to serve humanity and his inexhaustible work, touring the 14 municipalities of Risaralda to find out -directly- about the needs of each of them.
Wilfor López Toro recounted his efforts to improve himself every day, starting as an assistant at a vegetable stand in the old gallery of Pereira and his efforts to educate himself with demanding sacrifices to obtain the title of Lawyer at the Universidad Libre Seccional Pereira; where he continued to advance in specialization in Administrative Law. He was Family Commissioner, providing his services to the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare; time and experience to publish his great book that, at the time, was the best seller in the Coffee Region. He arrived, with a modest but effective campaign, to the Pereira Council. And, he is confident of his re-election marked with the C-2.
Maicol Lópera closed the event, summarizing his resume, and presenting what will be his government program if he is elected Mayor of Pereiranos; emphasizing education, where it is committed to favoring the lowest strata of the population. He referred to the solution of mobility problems, where the urgent construction of 4 tunnels is required to alleviate vehicle traffic. In terms of security, he said that in coordination with the competent authorities, he will implement programs and measures that provide peace of mind to the 700 thousand inhabitants of the capital of Risaralda.
