Alarmantes cifras e violencia contra la mujer , en el primer mes de este 2024 se registraron en el país 64 feminicidios;  más de 2 casos diarios, de los cuales, 3 de esos hechos tuvieron lugar en Risaralda, más concretamente en Pereira.

A este preocupante dato se suman 39 feminicidios en grados de tentativa, 1 de estos  casos ocurrió en territorio risaraldense.

Según datos del Observatorio de Feminicidios  en Colombia, en el mismo mes  de 2023 Risaralda no registró feminicidios.

El informe “ Vivas te Queremos”, señala que en año pasado hubo en el país 525 feminicidios, de los cuales 4 se registraron en Risaralda.

Además de los 3 feminicidios registrados en Enero de este año en Risaralda, y el departamento hubo reporte de un feminicidio en el grado de tentativa, cifra que en el país fue de 39 casos.

Alarming figures of violence against women, in the first month of 2024, 64 femicides were recorded in the country; more than 2 cases daily, of which, 3 of these events took place in Risaralda, more specifically in Pereira.

Added to this worrying data are 39 attempted femicides, 1 of these cases occurred in Risaralda territory.

According to data from the Observatory of Femicides in Colombia, in the same month of 2023 Risaralda did not register femicides.

The report “Vivas te Quiero” indicates that last year there were 525 femicides in the country, of which 4 were recorded in Risaralda.

In addition to the 3 femicides registered in January of this year in Risaralda, and the department there was a report of one attempted feminicide, a figure that in the country was 39 cases.
