EL SENADOR JUAN PABLO GALLO MAYA, RINDE HOY INDAGATORIA ANTE LA SALA DE INSTRUCCION DE LA CORTE SUPREMA DE JUSTICIA. POR EL ESCANDALO DE LA UNIDAD NACIONAL DE GESTIÓN DEL RIESGO DE DESASTRES (UNGRD).

Ya cumplieron con la indagatoria ante la Corte Suprema wadith Manzur y Karen Manrique, quienes decidieron guardar silencio, la Senadora Liliana Esther Bitar castilla, quien sí decidió hablar, Julián Peinado, quien asistió ayer a la audiencia y guardo silencio y hoy le toca el turno a Juan Pablo Gallo Maya.

Mañana asistirá el excongresista Juan Diego Muñoz Cabrera.

Según el alto tribunal, las pruebas habrían permitido establecer una hipótesis que apunta a que los investigados, en su calidad de miembros de la comisión Interparlamentaria de crédito público (CICP), habrían aceptado emitir conceptos favorables a ciertas opciones de crédito público presentadas por el Ministerio de Hacienda.

A cambio, habrían recibido dádivas en contratos gestionados a través de la Unidad Nacional para la gestión del riesgo de Desastres (UNGRD).

La Corte sostiene, en concreto, a cambio de avalar los conceptos de operaciones de crédito, los aforados habrían acorado dádivas correspondientes a proyectos que se tramitarían en la UNGRD, en Cotorra Córdoba, Saravena Arauca y en Carmen de Bolívar.
