El abogado Wilfor López Toro, marcado con el Número 2 del Partido Conservador Colombiano, fue elegido como Concejal de Pereira para el período 2024-2027, bordeando tres mil votos a favor en la contienda electoral del domingo 29 de octubre 2023.

Su hoja de vida está marcada con esfuerzos de superación iniciando como ayudante de un puesto de verduras en la antigua galería de Pereira y los esfuerzos por educarse con exigentes sacrificios para obtener el título de Abogado en la Universidad Libre Seccional Pereira; donde siguió avanzando en especialización en Derecho Administrativo. Fue Comisario de Familia, prestando sus servicios al Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar; tiempo y experiencia para publicar su gran libro que, en su momento, fue el más vendido en el Eje Cafetero. Llegó, con una modesta pero efectiva campaña al Concejo de Pereira.

The lawyer Wilfor López Toro, marked with Number 2 of the Colombian Conservative Party, was elected as Councilor of Pereira for the period 2024-2027, bordering on three thousand votes in favor in the electoral contest on Sunday, October 29, 2023.

His resume is marked with efforts to improve, starting as an assistant at a vegetable stand in the old gallery of Pereira and the efforts to educate himself with demanding sacrifices to obtain the title of Lawyer at the Universidad Libre Seccional Pereira; where he continued to advance in specialization in Administrative Law. He was Family Commissioner, providing his services to the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare; time and experience to publish his great book that, at the time, was the best seller in the Coffee Region. He arrived, with a modest but effective campaign, to the Pereira Council.
