Ejército Nacional captura a alias el Tuerto, presunto cabecilla de las redes de apoyo al terrorismo del Frente Ismael Ruiz.

Junto a este cabecilla se captura a otro integrante conocido como alias John. Estos sujetos estarían involucrados en el asesinato de tres personas en el sur del Tolima.

Un golpe contundente dio en las últimas horas el Batallón de Infantería N.º 17 General Domingo Caicedo, de la Sexta Brigada del Ejército Nacional, en coordinación con la Policía Nacional y la Fuerza Aeroespacial, contra el Bloque Central Isaías Pardo, redes de apoyo al terrorismo (RAER), del GAO-r Frente Ismael Ruiz, Comisión San Antonio, por medio de una orden de allanamiento de la Fiscalía 164 contra las organizaciones criminales, que permitió la captura de alias el Tuerto y alias John.

En la vereda el Patio, municipio de San Antonio, se logró la ubicación de alias el Tuerto, encargado de coordinar y adquirir material de intendencia, material de guerra y víveres para la estructura, y de alias John, quien sería sicario de la estructura y encargado de ejecutar los homicidios selectivos. Al parecer serían los responsables de los homicidios de Yohan Alape, en la vereda Tres Esquinas; Julián Peralta, en el corregimiento de Playarrica, y Willy Dagua, en la vereda la Palmira, asesinados entre los años 2023 y 2024.

Estos sujetos cuentan con una trayectoria de más de dos años como parte del RAER de este grupo armado Ilegal.

Durante el procedimiento se les incautaron dos pancartas alusivas al Frente Gerónimo Galeano, del Bloque Central Isaías Pardo, y un celular.

Los sujetos fueron capturados por los presuntos delitos concierto para delinquir agravado, homicidios agravados, tráfico, fabricación y porte de armas de uso personal.

Este resultado operacional hace parte de toda una articulación de judicialización por parte de la Fuerza Pública, que ha logrado capturas de integrantes del GAO-r Frente Ismael Ruiz en el municipio de San Antonio.

En este 2025 también fueron capturados alias el Zarco, Useche y Risas, cabecillas de la parte armada de este GAO-r, quienes están vinculados en 13 homicidios entre los años 2023 y 2024. Con estas capturas  se estaría desarticulando la comisión del Frente Ismael Ruiz, la cual venía delinquiendo en San Antonio.

National Army captures alias «El Tuerto,» alleged leader of the support networks for terrorism of the Ismael Ruiz Front.

In recent hours, the 17th Infantry Battalion «General Domingo Caicedo,» of the Sixth Brigade of the National Army, in coordination with the National Police and the Aerospace Force, dealt a decisive blow to the Isaías Pardo Central Bloc, support networks for terrorism (RAER), of the GAO-r Ismael Ruiz Front, San Antonio Commission, through a search warrant issued by the 164th Prosecutor’s Office against criminal organizations, which led to the capture of alias «El Tuerto» and alias «John.»

In the village of El Patio, in the municipality of San Antonio, authorities located alias «El Tuerto,» responsible for coordinating and acquiring supplies, weapons, and provisions for the group, and alias «John,» who is believed to be a hitman for the group and responsible for carrying out targeted killings. They are suspected of being responsible for the murders of Yohan Alape in the village of Tres Esquinas; Julián Peralta in the township of Playarrica; and Willy Dagua in the village of La Palmira, all of which occurred between 2023 and 2024.

These individuals have been members of the RAER (Regional Armed Forces) of this illegal armed group for over two years.

During the operation, authorities seized two banners alluding to the Gerónimo Galeano Front of the Isaías Pardo Central Bloc and a cell phone.

The individuals were arrested for the alleged crimes of aggravated conspiracy to commit a crime, aggravated homicide, and trafficking, manufacturing, and possession of firearms for personal use.

This operational result is part of a coordinated effort by the Public Force to prosecute members of the GAO-r (Residual Organized Armed Group) Ismael Ruiz Front in the municipality of San Antonio.

Also captured in 2025 were alias «El Zarco,» «Useche,» and «Risas,» leaders of the armed wing of this GAO-r, who are linked to 13 homicides between 2023 and 2024. These arrests are expected to dismantle the Ismael Ruiz Front, which had been operating in San Antonio.
