Muchos ciudadanos de manera frecuente mencionan un popular refrán que dice “ ESO NO PASA SINO EN COLOMBIA”, hasta en un tono burlesco o incluso de resignación, ya que hay situaciones que ocurren y que dentro de la lógica no parece que tuvieran explicación alguna, es ahí donde muchos también manifiestan “hecha la ley hecha la rampa”.

Así las cosas en medio de un escenario lleno de incertidumbre y cuestionamiernto, el recién electo diputado de Risaralda, Javier Antonio Ocampo López,  ha generado controversia tras conocerse que, según el sistema de información de Registro de Sanciones  e Inhabilidades, estaría inhabilitado para ejercer su cargo hasta julio de 2028.

Ocampo cuenta con dos anotaciones  vigentes ante la Procuraduría General de la Nación, ambas relacionadas con un proceso de Resposabilidad fiscal llevado a cabo por la Contraloría General e Risaralda en 2017.

Ocampo López, fue la cuarta votación más alta del partido liberal en las pasadas elecciones del 29 de otubre para la Asamblea de  Risaralda.

Ocampo has two current annotations before the Attorney General’s Office, both related to a Fiscal Responsibility process carried out by the Comptroller General’s Office and Risaralda in 2017.
