AMENAZADA TUVO QUE IR A LA CAMA CON SU EX PAREJA.

Un hecho aberrante tiene con los pelos de punta a los vecinos del barrio San Antonio, en la Virginia.

Rubén Darío García Villa de 48 años, fue capturado por el delito sexual, la víctima su ex pareja sentimental.

Según la denuncia de la mujer este la obligó a tener relaciones íntimas bajo amenaza con una arma de fuego.

Indicaron las autoridades que el sujeto no aceptaba que la relación con la mujer  de 46 años, había llegado a su fin y desde hace un mes venia insistiendo para que volvieran, pero ella siempre se negó.

Todo explotó cuando el hombre, al parecer, llegó armado la casa de la mujer con una pistola que portaba desde hace ocho años.

Según el relato de la víctima, él ingresó a la fuerza a la vivienda y la amenazó.

La mujer atemorizada por lo que pudiera pasar, se vio obligada a aceptar las pretensiones del sujeto.

Sin embargo, en un momento de descuido del presunto agresor, logró llamar a la Policía.

Los uniformaos llegaron rápidamente al lugar, encontraron Rubén Darío en la vivienda y lo capturaron en flagrancia.

Además, incautaron el arma de fuego y escucharon el testimonio de la víctima, quien narró lo sucedido.

El sujeto fue presentado en audiencia ante un juez de control de garantías, imputo de los delitos de acceso carnal violento y porte de arma de fuego.

Aunque no aceptó los cargos, la Fiscalía  solicitó medida de aseguramiento en centro carcelario.

Sin embargo, el juez le concedió la libertad mientras avanza el proceso, con la condición de no cercarse a la víctima, le dio restricciones.

An aberrant incident has residents of the San Antonio neighborhood in Virginia on edge.

Rubén Darío García Villa, 48, was arrested for the sexual crime. The victim was his ex-partner.

According to the woman’s complaint, he forced her to have sexual relations under threat of a firearm.

Authorities indicated that the man refused to accept that his relationship with the 46-year-old woman had ended and had been insisting for a month that they get back together, but she always refused.

Everything exploded when the man apparently arrived at the woman’s house armed with a gun he had carried for eight years.

According to the victim’s account, he forced his way into the home and threatened her.

The woman, frightened by what might happen, was forced to accept the suspect’s demands.

However, when the alleged attacker was not looking, he managed to call the police.

The officers quickly arrived at the scene, found Rubén Darío in the home, and arrested him in flagrante delicto.

They also seized the firearm and heard the victim’s testimony, as she described what had happened.

The suspect was brought before a magistrate, charged with violent sexual intercourse and carrying a firearm.

Although he did not accept the charges, the Prosecutor’s Office requested a prison sentence.

However, the judge granted him release while the case proceeds, on the condition that he not approach the victim, and imposed restrictions on him.
