Es cierto que, y no se puede negar, el desarrollo de los pueblos está enrutado por las acciones de políticos honestos y responsables. El pueblo risaraldense comprende y exterioriza la razón de su líder Carlos Andrés Gil González, rescatando: valores morales, sentido de pertenencia, seriedad, honestidad, transparencia, responsabilidad y efectividad de acciones para cumplir con proyectos viables y estricta vigilancia de inversión correcta de recursos en el departamento de Risaralda abrigando a sus 14 municipios.

Su excelente formación lo catapulta, en primer renglón, entre los líderes más apreciados por la comunidad: Administrador de Empresas de la Universidad Católica de Pereira. Administrador de Empresas, Especialista y Magíster en Gerencia de Proyectos de la Universidad EAFIT y Magíster en Gobierno y Políticas Públicas de la Universidad Externado de Colombia.

Su fructífero camino, ha sido construido con amor, desde su infancia guiado por la directriz paternal de Bernardo Gil Jaramillo, cumpliendo a cabalidad, las misiones encomendadas: Docente de La Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios -durante 4 años-. Secretario de Gobierno Departamental de Risaralda -durante 1 año-. Gerente Administrativo de Colpensiones -durante 5 años-. Director Administrativo de la Gobernación Risaralda -año y medio-. Al cierre de su período, como presidente de la Asamblea Risaralda, presenta un positivo balance con destacados logros para los 14 municipios; y, además brindando garantías a todas las vertientes políticas representadas en la Duma Departamental.

En acopio de virtudes y realizaciones, hoy, días antes de las elecciones territoriales -domingo 29 de octubre 2023- las encuestas coinciden el registrar el primer lugar de votación con el Número C- 60, correspondiente al profesional CARLOS ANDRÉS GIL GONZÁLEZ: UN VERDADERO LÍDER, SERIO, RESPONSABLE, EMPRENDEDOR, CAPACITADO Y AUTÉNTICO REPRESENTANTE DEL PUEBLO RISARALDENSE.

It is true that, and it cannot be denied, the development of the towns is guided by the actions of honest and responsible politicians. The people of Risaraldense understand and externalize the reason of their leader Carlos Andrés Gil González, rescuing: moral values, sense of belonging, seriousness, honesty, transparency, responsibility and effectiveness of actions to comply with viable projects and strict vigilance of correct investment of resources in the department of Risaralda sheltering its 14 municipalities.

His excellent training catapults him, first and foremost, among the leaders most appreciated by the community: Business Administrator from the Catholic University of Pereira. Business Administrator, Specialist and Master in Project Management from the EAFIT University and Master in Government and Public Policy from the Externado de Colombia University.

His fruitful path has been built with love, since his childhood guided by the paternal guideline of Bernardo Gil Jaramillo, fully fulfilling the entrusted missions: Professor of the Minuto de Dios University Corporation -for 4 years-. Departmental Government Secretary of Risaralda -for 1 year-. Colpensiones Administrative Manager -for 5 years-. Administrative Director of the Risaralda Governorate -year and a half-. At the end of his period, as president of the Risaralda Assembly, he presents a positive balance with outstanding achievements for the 14 municipalities; and, in addition, providing guarantees to all political aspects represented in the Departmental Duma.
