Disciplina y liderazgo: comandante del Ejército comparte con 610 alumnos en Tolemaida.

En la Escuela Militar de Suboficiales, el mayor general Royer Gómez Herrera, comandante del Ejército Nacional, sostuvo un encuentro con 610 alumnos, próximos a asumir el rol de comandantes de pelotón en diferentes regiones del país.

Durante la jornada, el alto oficial compartió un almuerzo con los futuros suboficiales, en un espacio de cercanía que permitió reconocer su vocación de servicio y el compromiso que asumen con la institución y con Colombia.

En su intervención, destacó el papel determinante que tendrán en el nivel táctico, liderando directamente a los soldados y siendo pieza clave en el desarrollo de las operaciones militares, así como en el fortalecimiento de la confianza con la población.

Así mismo, resaltó que la formación que reciben no solo fortalece sus capacidades operacionales, sino que consolida principios y valores esenciales para enfrentar los desafíos del servicio.

Los 610 alumnos representan una nueva generación de suboficiales, preparados para liderar con criterio, disciplina y sentido de pertenencia, contribuyendo a la seguridad y estabilidad del país.

Cabe destacar que elegir la carrera militar es asumir un proyecto de vida basado en el honor, la disciplina y el servicio, donde cada paso en la formación se traduce en liderazgo, estabilidad y compromiso con Colombia.
