Más de 640 soldados juran defender a Colombia con honor.

En ceremonia militar realizada en el Fuerte Militar de Tolemaida, más de 640 hombres y mujeres provenientes de distintas regiones del país realizaron el juramento a la bandera, uno de los actos más significativos durante la prestación del servicio militar en el Ejército Nacional.

El campo de paradas Boyacá,  fue escenario de un emotivo acto cargado de simbolismo, patriotismo y compromiso con la Nación, durante el juramento a la bandera de quienes actualmente prestan su servicio militar. Ellos reafirmaron su vocación de servicio y su decisión de defender la soberanía, la seguridad y la tranquilidad de todos los ciudadanos.

Durante la ceremonia, los soldados, formados en el campo de paradas y acompañados por sus comandantes y familiares, pronunciaron con firmeza el juramento mediante el cual se comprometen a servir a Colombia con honor, valor y gallardía. Este acto representa un momento trascendental en la vida militar de cada uno de ellos, al simbolizar la responsabilidad de proteger la patria y cumplir con la misión constitucional del Ejército Nacional.

El juramento a la bandera constituye uno de los hitos más importantes en el proceso de formación de los soldados, ya que consolida los valores de disciplina, lealtad y amor por la patria, pilares fundamentales que guían el actuar de los hombres y mujeres que integran las filas de la institución.

More than 640 soldiers swear to defend Colombia with honor.

In a military ceremony held at the Tolemaida Military Base, more than 640 men and women from different regions of the country swore allegiance to the flag, one of the most significant acts during their military service in the National Army.

The Boyacá parade ground was the setting for a moving ceremony filled with symbolism, patriotism, and commitment to the nation, during the oath of allegiance to the flag taken by those currently serving in the military. They reaffirmed their vocation of service and their decision to defend the sovereignty, security, and peace of all citizens.

During the ceremony, the soldiers, lined up on the parade ground and accompanied by their commanders and families, firmly pronounced the oath by which they pledged to serve Colombia with honor, courage, and gallantry.
