¡La esperanza llegó al barrio Javier Socarrás! 

 Hoy, 99 familias villanueveras recibieron el título de propiedad de sus viviendas 🏡✨ 

 ¡Después de más de una década de espera, ya son dueños legales de su hogar!

Gracias a la gestión de la Gobernación de La Guajira, la *Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro y la Alcaldía de Villanueva, se hizo realidad este sueño para muchas mujeres y hombres luchadores. 

60 mujeres cabeza de hogar y 39 hombres hoy pueden decir con orgullo: ¡esta casa es mía! 

 “Cumpliéndole a tu hogar”no es solo un lema, es un compromiso firme con la dignidad y el bienestar de nuestra gente guajira. 

 ¡Seguimos trabajando para que más familias vivan con seguridad y tranquilidad!

Hope has arrived in the Javier Socarrás neighborhood!

Today, 99 Villanueva families received the title deed to their homes 🏡✨

After more than a decade of waiting, they are now legal owners of their homes!

Thanks to the efforts of the La Guajira Governor’s Office, the *Superintendency of Notaries and Registry, and the Villanueva Mayor’s Office, this dream became a reality for many hardworking women and men.

60 women heads of household and 39 men can now proudly say: this house is mine!

“Delivering for your home” is not just a slogan; it is a firm commitment to the dignity and well-being of our Guajira people.

We continue working so that more families can live safely and peacefully!
