Señor mío y Dios mío, la oscuridad cubre todo, es una manera de mostrarnos cómo es la vida sin Dios.

Por eso abro mi corazón y te pido que me llenes con tu ser.

Que seas tu quien ilumine todo lo que soy.

Dios mío, en este momento te agradezco por tu inmenso amor, ese que quedó demostrado en la cruz.

Hoy, al meditar en tu pasión y muerte, me he sentido más cerca de ti.

Se que a lo largo del día he luchado contra mis debilidades y he caído en algunas tentaciones.

Te pido perdón por mis falas y me arrepiento de corazón.

Dame fuerza para no desanimarme, para levántame caa vez que caiga.

Quiero ser fiel a tus mandamientos y a tu iglesia.

Ho silencio y te entrego mis miedos y mis ansiedades, quiero dormir en paz y sabiéndome amado y bendecido por ti.

Todo está en tus manos.

My Lord and my God, darkness covers everything; it is a way of showing us what life is like without God.

Therefore, I open my heart and ask you to fill me with your being.

May you be the one who illuminates all that I am.

My God, in this moment I thank you for your immense love, which was demonstrated on the cross.

Today, as I meditate on your passion and death, I have felt closer to you.

I know that throughout the day I have struggled with my weaknesses and have fallen into some temptations.

I ask your forgiveness for my failings and I repent from my heart.

Give me strength not to be discouraged, to lift me up every time I fall.

I want to be faithful to your commandments and to your Church.

I remain silent and surrender my fears and anxieties to you. I want to sleep in peace, knowing that I am loved and blessed by you.

All is in your hands.
