RESULTA ALARMANTE EL ELEVADO ÍNDICE DE PRESENCIA EN LAS CALLES DE LA CIUDAD DE PERSONAJES DEDICADOS AL ATRACO , LA DROGADICIÓN Y LA MENDICIDAD.

El fenómeno se ha acrecentado en los últimos días, tal vez por cuenta de la  de la mala costumbre de las personas  generosas con quienes se escuden en la mendicidad para cometer fechorías.

hay alguna calles, en especial en el centro de la ciudad, por donde es imposible transitar ante la invasión de drogadictos, algunos de los cuales han atacado con sus agujas hipodérmicas infectadas a los transeúntes.

Al punto ha llegado la situación que en una calle del centro una señora aseguró: Ya en la Capital de Risaralda es imposible salir al centro por la inseguridad reinante
