Se ha presentado un proyecto de ley ante la Cámara de Representantes de Colombia que busca permitir el transfuguismo político al modificar el articulo 107 de la constitución para evitar la violación de la norma de doble militancia.

Sin embargo, algunos parlamentarios están en desacuerdo, argumentando que esto podría cambiar la dinámica políticos cuestionar la seriedad y la organización de algunos partidos.

Se destaca la preocupación por la pérdida de organización y la generación de caos si se permiten indiscriminados entre partidos.

A bill has been presented to the Colombian House of Representatives that seeks to allow political transfuguism by modifying article 107 of the constitution to avoid violating the rule of double militancy.

However, some parliamentarians disagree, arguing that this could change the political dynamics and question the seriousness and organization of some parties.

Concern is highlighted about the loss of organization and the generation of chaos if indiscriminate acts are allowed between parties.
