Se conmemora hoy el Día Internacional de la Mujer, una fecha en la que se destacan los logros en el campo laboral, social y académico, pero en el cual también es oportuno hablar sobre las luchas que sigue dado el g´nero femenino en cuanto a la equidad y ls oportunidades, que obviamente no son las mismas porque persiste el machismo en muchos sectores,k  además la responsabilidad del hogar.

En Risaralda muchas mujeres han gando terreno en actividades que fueron dominadas por los hombres que con su labor diaria abren camino a ls nuevas generaciones; por desgracia pesisten situaciones que las afectan como la dispariad,la discriminación, el trabajo noremunerado, la violencia untrafamiliar, l falta de apoyo y la soledad en muchos casos en lacrianza de los hijos.

Today, International Women’s Day is commemorated, a date on which achievements in the work, social and academic fields stand out, but on which it is also timely to talk about the struggles that the female gender continues to have regarding equity and opportunities, which are obviously not the same because machismo persists in many sectors, and also the responsibility of the home.

In Risaralda many women have gained ground in activities that were dominated by men who with their daily work pave the way for new generations; Unfortunately, situations that affect them persist, such as inequality, discrimination, unpaid work, domestic violence, lack of support and loneliness in many cases when raising children.
