Jhonier Iván Ramírez Castaño, de 28 años de edad enfrenta cargos por extorsión, lo investigan por las amenazas a un menor de edad y a su madre, recibieron en el municipio de Sana Rosa de Cabal.

El incidente se desencadeno el 20 de nayo de 2023.

El menor salió de su casa en el municipio de Santa Rosa de Cabal a la 06:00 de la mañana, iba a estudiar en la ciudad de Pereira, en la plaza de Bolívar fu despojado de su celular y pertenencias por un sujeto que llegó en una motocicleta y con un arma de fuego lo intimidó a él y a un amigo para obligarlos a entregar el dinero y a quitarles las claves de los celulares.

La fiscalía 5 especializada del Gaula le imputo el delito de extorsión agravada, cargos que no aceptó y el ente acusador pidió medida de aseguramiento en centro carcelario, el juez de control de garantías lo envió a la cárcel la 40 de Pereira.

The minor left his house in the municipality of Santa Rosa de Cabal at 06:00 in the morning, he was going to study in the city of Pereira, in the Plaza de Bolívar he was stripped of his cell phone and belongings by a subject who arrived in a motorcycle and with a firearm he intimidated him and a friend to force them to hand over the money and take away their cell phone passwords.

The specialized prosecutor’s office 5 of Gaula charged him with the crime of aggravated extortion, charges that he did not accept and the accusing body requested a measure of security in a prison, the guarantee control judge sent him to prison at 40 in Pereira.
