Más de 220.000 hombres y mujeres de la Fuerza Pública cuidarán las elecciones

Mientras el Ejército va a disponer de 120.193 efectivos, la Armada contará con 14.000 marinos e infantes de Marina, la Fuerza Aeroespacial con 10.000 y la Policía con 80.000 uniformados.

La Fuerza Pública va a desplegar 224.193 hombres y mujeres para garantizar la seguridad de los ciudadanos que van a ejercer el derecho al voto. Esto hace parte del Plan Democracia 2023, estructurado por el Gobierno del Cambio para los comicios regionales del 29 de octubre.

Mientras el Ejército va a disponer de 120.193 efectivos, la Armada contará con 14.000 marinos e infantes de Marina, la Fuerza Aeroespacial con 10.000 y la Policía con 80.000 uniformados.

Para estas votaciones, en las que se elegirán a los futuros alcaldes, gobernadores, concejales, diputados a asambleas departamentales y ediles de Colombia del periodo 2024 – 2027, la Fuerza Pública trabaja de manera interinstitucional con la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil y el Consejo Nacional Electoral, entre otras entidades estatales, bajo los lineamientos del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional y del Ministerio del Interior para garantizar el derecho al voto del electorado en todas las regiones del país.

While the Army will have 120,193 troops, the Navy will have 14,000 sailors and marines, the Aerospace Force with 10,000 and the Police with 80,000 uniformed personnel.

The Public Force is going to deploy 224,193 men and women to guarantee the security of citizens who are going to exercise the right to vote. This is part of the Democracy Plan 2023, structured by the Government of Change for the regional elections on October 29.

While the Army will have 120,193 troops, the Navy will have 14,000 sailors and marines, the Aerospace Force with 10,000 and the Police with 80,000 uniformed personnel.

For these votes, in which the future mayors, governors, councilors, deputies to departmental assemblies and councilors of Colombia for the period 2024 – 2027 will be elected, the Public Force works inter-institutionally with the National Registry of Civil Status and the National Council Electoral, among other state entities, under the guidelines of the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of the Interior to guarantee the right to vote of the electorate in all regions of the country.
