IF IT WERE NOT FOR THAT…

The most likely solution for Venezuela will be the military intervention of the United States, since the stubbornness of Maduro and his circle is a huge limitation for a negotiated solution.

For its part, the United States has not been reluctant to deal with the problems in this way, directly as in Granada in 1983 to avoid a pro-Soviet government and Panama in 1989 to capture its former partner Noriega who was no longer useful.

Or indirectly as it did in Chile against Allende.

The justification is not a problem, Chavismo has given enough reasons with drug trafficking, violation of human rights and interference in the affairs of its neighbors.

There is no need to fabricate a cause, it is as simple as accusing Hussein of making an atomic bomb to invade Iraq, or attacking a boat in the Gulf of Tonkin to justify the Vietnam War.

The geopolitical fact is that the United States cannot allow a pro-Russian government in its neighborhood under the current circumstances.

The war with Ukraine is lost and the Middle East is burning.

For Latin America it would be a good solution to the migration and export problems of the Bolivarian revolution if it were not for the fact that the latest interventions of the powers have gone extremely wrong.

The bombing of Libya, supposedly to free it from the dictator Gaddafi in 2011, has taken that country into absolute chaos.

The intervention in the Balkans supposedly to protect civilians from ethnic cleansing destroyed Yugoslavia.

And the cherry on the cake; the participation of the European Union in the Maidam of Ukraine in 2014 has the world on the brink of an atomic war.

If it were not for that, the military intervention in Venezuela would be a marvel.
