Ayer se dio el primer pedalazo del inicio de la vuelta a Colombia 2024, recorrido que tuvo su salida desde Guateque y llegada en Chivatá.

El ganador fue Adrián Bustamante quien supero a Rodrigo Contreras y a Diego Camargo.

El pedalista boyacense, conquisto su tercera victoria de la temporada,  terminó de gran manera el sprint picando hacia arriba logrando sobrepasar en los últimos metros a su compañero de equipo Alejandro Osorio.

El ciclista de Santa Rosa de Cabal, Juan Camilo Castillo, integrante del Team Colombia, entró en el top 10 en la primera etapa de la vuelta a Colombia al ocupar la novena casilla en la clasificación.

 “ Una etapa complicada, pasada por el frío y con mucha viveza  logramos pasar adelante con los mejores”, expresó el deportista risaraldense.

Por segunda ocasión consecutiva, la Vuelta a Colombia llegrá y terminará su recorrido parcial en el municipio risaraldense de Apía, correspondiente a la etapa 6 del día jueves 20 de junio, iniciando en Buga, con sus exigentes premios de montaña.

Yesterday the first pedal stroke of the start of the Vuelta a Colombia 2024 took place, a route that started in Guateque and finished in Chivatá.

The winner was Adrián Bustamante who beat Rodrigo Contreras and Diego Camargo.

The cyclist from Boyacá, achieved his third victory of the season, finished the sprint in a great way by going uphill, managing to overtake his teammate Alejandro Osorio in the last meters. The Santa Rosa de Cabal cyclist, Juan Camilo Castillo, member of Team Colombia, entered the top 10 in the first stage of the Vuelta a Colombia by occupying the ninth position in the classification.

“A difficult stage, passed by the cold and with a lot of liveliness we managed to get through with the best,” said the athlete from Risaralda. For the second consecutive time, the Vuelta a Colombia will arrive and finish its partial route in the Risaralda municipality of Apía, corresponding to stage 6 on Thursday, June 20, starting in Buga, with its demanding mountain prizes.
