Por una reciente decisión de el juzgado  Cuarto Penal del Circuito de Pereira Colombia sur América, fueron revocadas las sanciones  impuestas a MAURICIO SALAZAR PELAÉZ, Y DIANA CRISTINA GRISALES CALVO.

El fallo en primera instancia implicaba cinco días de arresto y una multa por desacato a un fallo de tutela , caso relacionado con la atención a los habitantes de calle de la ciudad.

El juez destacó que el Municipio da Pereira ha tomado acciones  concretas para cumplir con el fallo de tutela.

El abogado Benjamín Herrera, demostró y concluyó que las acciones emprendidas por los sancionados  para cumplir con la orden impartida en el fallo de tutela fueron positivas y tendientes al cumplimiento de la misma.

En consecuencia, se determinó la revocación de las sanciones  por desacato,  dejando sin efecto las medidas de arresto y multa impuestas a los funcionarios de la Capital de Risaralda Colombia sur América.

By a recent decision of the Fourth Criminal Court of the Circuit of Pereira Colombia South America, the sanctions imposed on MAURICIO SALAZAR PELAÉZ, AND DIANA CRISTINA GRISALES CALVO were revoked.

The ruling in the first instance implied five days of arrest and a fine for contempt of a guardianship ruling, a case related to the care of the city’s street residents.

The judge highlighted that the Municipality of Pereira has taken concrete actions to comply with the guardianship ruling.

Lawyer Benjamín Herrera demonstrated and concluded that the actions undertaken by those sanctioned to comply with the order issued in the guardianship ruling were positive and aimed at complying with it.

Consequently, the revocation of the sanctions for contempt was determined, leaving without effect the measures of arrest and fine imposed on the officials of the Capital of Risaralda Colombia South America.
